The Clinical Observed On The Shu Mu Acupuncture In Treatmenting Of The Functional Dyspepsia Of Pixuqizhi Pattern

Purpose： This study belongs to the research of alimentary system, themain purpose of this study is to observe clinical efficacy of the Shu Muacupuncture treatment in the functional dyspepsia (FD)(type of Pixuqizhi).The method of this study is comparing the efficacy between Shu Muacupuncture treatment and domperidone treatment by clinicalobservation. And through this study, we can preliminarily certify theavialavility of this treatment,and analyze the main reason of the efficacyof this method.Method: The first step is collecting clinical cases in one year, and the72patients met the criteria are randomly divided into two groups. Thesecond step is to observe the efficacy of the two groups. The specificmethod is as follows: the patients in Shu Mu acupuncture treatment groupaccept the acupuncture in the points: spleen shu(zhang men),stomachshu(zhong wan), Qi men, Zu san li; and the patients in the control grouptake orally domperidone15to30minute before meals,1pills once,3times a day.5days for a course, and the total treatment course is nomore than15days. Then compare the symptoms of the before and aftertreatment, at the same time, compare the total efficacy between the twogroups. Through the data analysis, we can make the conclusion that theoverall efficacy of the treatment group is superior than the control group.Result： The total efficacy rate of the treatment group is83.3%; the controlgroup is75%. The total efficacy rate in the treatment group is significantlysuperior to the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion： Shu Mu acupuncture treatment is obviously superior thandomperidone in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)(type of Pixqizhi),especially in relieving symptom and lasting the efficacy. And additionally,this treatment can avoid the side effect of oral medicine, so this kind oftreatment is worthy of clinical application.
