Purpose:Describe the current status of breastfeeding self-efficacy and explore the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy.Research objects and methods:This study uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews to analyze the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy.1.Questionnaire survey on the status quo of breastfeeding self-efficacy and influencing factors.Using a cross-sectional design and convenience sampling method,152 parturients who attended the outpatient clinic of a postpartum rehabilitation center of a tertiary hospital in Liaoning Province between August 2020 and December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The general situation survey form and breastfeeding self were used.Efficacy energy scale,breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire,social support rating scale,and postpartum depression scale were used for questionnaire surveys,data entry and statistical description were completed using SPSS17.0 software,and the factors influencing breastfeeding self-efficacy were analyzed.2.Semi-structured interviews on the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,16 parturients were selected as the research objects in the quantitative study through the purpose of sampling and the strategy of maximizing differences,and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data.Data analysis is carried out in accordance with the traditional content analysis method,including coding,categorizing and refining themes,and the analysis will be performed until the topics are saturated and no new topics are generated.Results:1.The average score of breastfeeding self-efficacy of the mothers participating in this study was(105±28.85)points,the average score of breastfeeding skill dimension was(50.8±14.21)points,and the average score of breastfeeding inner activity dimension was(54.48±15.27)points;2.The total score of the breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire is(11.39±3.05),the breastfeeding benefit dimension score is(7.34±2.56),and the breastfeeding skill score is(4.05±0.96);the total score of social support is(28.12±)5.00)points,of which the subjective support dimension score is(11.58±2.42)points,the objective support dimension score is(8.49±2.28)points,and the support utilization dimension score is(8.05±2.05)points;the average score of postpartum depression of participating women in the survey It is(16.61±3.34)points;3.The results of single factor analysis showed that the total scores of breastfeeding self-efficacy of mothers in different ages,education levels,residence,postpartum time,and parity were statistically significant,and breastfeeding self-efficacy in terms of family monthly income,delivery method,etc.There is no difference in scores.4.Pearson correlation analysis results show that breastfeeding self-efficacy is positively correlated with breastfeeding knowledge and social support,and negatively correlated with postpartum depression.5.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that postpartum time,breastfeeding knowledge,social support and postpartum depression have statistically significant effects on maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy scores.The regression model can explain the 53.1% variation of breastfeeding self-efficacy scores.the amount.6.In the semi-structured interviews,the CCP got three themes of breastfeeding self-efficacy factors,and some of the themes contained corresponding sub-themes.Respectively:Physiological field(self health status,breast-related diseases),psychological field(positive emotions,negative emotions),social field(work situation,family attitudes and behaviors,medical institutions' professional guidance on breastfeeding,self or others Breastfeeding experience),where the psychological field is consistent with the level of postpartum depression in the questionnaire survey results.Conclusion:1.The self-efficacy of breastfeeding in this study is at a medium level,and there is a certain gap between the self-efficacy of breastfeeding in other developed cities in China,and there is more room for improvement;2.The influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy in this study include: postpartum time,breastfeeding knowledge,social support,postpartum depression,disease,breastfeeding experience of oneself or others.3.Long postpartum time,good knowledge of breastfeeding,high social support,low postpartum negative emotions,good health and breast condition,family understanding,convenient working conditions,professional guidance from medical institutions,and successful breastfeeding experience Maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy is relatively higher,and the duration of continuous breastfeeding will be longer.
