Professor Chen Yiguo's Experience In Treating Cervical Spondylosis From Dampness And Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy

Purpose:This study aims to explain the mechanism of Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of cervical spondylosis from the theory of dampness,and summarize the rules of Professor Chen's prescription of acupuncture,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in Chinese medicine;by observing the visual analog pain score(VAS)of patients with cervical spondylosis,Cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI),to discuss the clinical efficacy of Professor Chen's treatment of cervical spondylosis,and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylopathy by Chinese medicine.Method:1.Analyze the rationality of treating cervical spondylosis from the wet theory by consulting the ancient literature.2.By collecting,sorting out and analyzing cases,summarize Professor Chen Yiguo's medication characteristics and acupoint selection rules for cervical spondylosis.3.Select typical clinical medical records for specific analysis.4.Through collecting the outpatient medical records of Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of cervical spondylosis patients and a questionnaire survey of the patients themselves,30 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy treated by Professor Chen's treatment of cervical spondylosis were selected for statistical analysis and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:1.Professor Chen Yiguo based on "Nineteen Pathologies-All Neck Strengths,All belong to Wetness." Based on "Su Wen · Zhi Zhen Yao Da Lun",he believes that the wind,cold,damp and other pathogenic factors that cause cervical spondylosis Among them,the pathogenic dampness is the most easily overlooked,because its onset is hidden,not easy to detect,its nature is sticky,heavy turbid,the course of the disease is lingering,the disease is widespread,and it is easy to merge with other pathogens,leading to complex and changeable symptoms.In addition,dampness pathogens are mostly based on the syndrome of deficiency and excess.Regardless of internal dampness or external dampness,spleen deficiency is the basis,and the treatment is based on strengthening the spleen,dispelling dampness and dredging collaterals.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is adopted.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is added and subtracted based on the Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction.Acupuncture takes Dazhui,Tianzhu,Shenzhu,Jianli,Tianshu,Tianzong,Shenshu,Feiyang,etc.as the main points,clinically Significant effect.2.Professor Chen Yiguo treats cervical spondylosis from the theory of dampness,the effective rate after treatment is86.67%;the neck pain is significantly relieved,and the cervical spine dysfunction is also significantly improved.After treatment,the VAS and NDI scores of patients with cervical spondylosis are both P compared with those before treatment.<0.05,the curative effect has obvious difference.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of cervical spondylosis from wet theory can effectively alleviate patients' neck symptoms and improve patients' quality of life,proving that the treatment concepts and methods are effective and reliable.2.Treating cervical spondylosis from the theory of dampness,the clinical curative effect is definite,and the prescriptions and injections are regularly followed,which provides valuable experience for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
