Based On Data Mining,commonly Treatment Projects And Curative Effect Analysis Of Cervical Spondylosis Were Investigated At GuangXi Traditional Chinese Medicine University Affiliated Hospital During 2014

In the long-term of clinical diagnosis and treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine has formed a set of distinctive diagnosis and treatment project,but that is not enough for its mining.A computer is a product of the20 th century,With the popularization of information technology,artificial intelligence and data analysis technology have been developing rapidly.The using of data mining technology could be the organic combination of traditional Chinese medicine with modern information technology.With its use,ancient Chinese medicine shows "a new life".Objects:To collect electronic medical records of the first diagnostic check with cervical spondylosis in GuangXi traditional Chinese medicine university affiliated hospital from January 1,2014 to December 31,2014.Data mining technology are commonly used to extract the effective treatment.Eventually,evidence-based medical evidence could be offered for the decision of the clinician.Methods: 827 effective electronic medical records had been collected.Only 325 cases has been in accordance with the inclusion criteria.The frequency analysis,association rule,clustering analysis of data mining technology were applied for excavation of electronic case.Data mining results were eliminated or fix bias by consulting clinicians and departments,and finally summed up the clinical approach for the treatment of cervicalspondylosis.Results:(1)the acupuncture Point-hot treatment,external application of TCM,Traction were commonly used methods for cervical spondylosis in our hospital treatment;The treatment of acupuncture Point-hot combine with extract oral;The acupuncture Point-hot treatment,external application of TCM combine with Extract oral were commonly used methods for cervical spondylosis(2)Rhizoma linguistic wallichii,angelica,astragalus and other34 herbs were commonly used in our treatment of cervical spondylosis;Activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs medicine,tonic herbs medicine and drugs for relieving Exterior Disorder which were the function classification of Chinese herbs were the commonly used method for cervical spondylosis in our hospital.Cohosh combining with astragalus root,rhizome ligustici Wallachia combining with angelica dahurica,notopterygium combining with Ledebouriella seseloides and other 16 medicine suits were commonly used Chinese herds compatibility.LiuJunZi Decoction and GuiZhi Decoction,TaoHongSiWu Decoction were the commonly used method prescription for treatment of cervical spondylosis in our foundation;(3)The Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,The Gallbladder Meridian of foot-Shaoyang,The Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang were most commonly meridian used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis,Fengchi appoints(G 20),Jiaji appoints(EX-B1),Zusanli appoint(ST-36)and other 12 appoints were most commonly used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis,Fengchi appoints(G 20)combining with Jiaji appoints(EX-B1),Fengchi appoints(G 20)combining with Zusanli appoint(ST-36),Fengchi appoints(G 20)combining with Tianzhu appoint(BL-10)and other 18 matching appoints were commonly used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.(4)There was statistical significance at the improve of symptom such as pain,activity after treatment.(5)there exists the effect of superposition.,when theuse of external treatments were less than four times.Conclusion :(1)Based on mining of result of the cervical spondylosis treatment project in our hospital,Conservative treatment of TCM was given priority,western medicine,surgery and other were complementing;Through the Collocation of reasonable treatment can improve the clinical curative effect;(2)Through data mining for Chinese medicine herbs,acupuncture and moxibustion prescription,The core of the Chinese medicine principle of treatment was "centralizer and remove stasis,eliminating cold to stop pain ";(3)The symptom such as pain and activity causing by cervical spondylosis obtain satisfactory therapeutic results.(4)The clinical effects would be satisfaction,if the use of Chinese medicine external treatment project were control at about 4 times.
