| Objective: The investigation found that the number of cervical spondylosis patients among clerical staff is increasing day by day.Through consulting relevant literature to understand the current research status of cervical spondylosis, compare the clinical features of cervical spondylopathy of copyists with the use of Long’s chiropractic therapy and pure tendon intervention effects of membrane release technology,Long’s spinal therapy combined with fascia release technology, and provide reasonable and effective solutions for copyists with cervical spondylosis. Methods: The research methods were literature data method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method.Forty-two copyists with cervical spondylosis.from the Bonny Group were randomly divided into three groups. The Long’s Chiropractic Group(14cases)used Long’s Chiropractic Therapy, and the Fascial Release Group(13 cases)used fascial release technology.Group(15 cases)used Long’s spinal therapy combined with fascia release technology.Ten interventions were performed per person in each group.Cervical spine joint activity, pain level NRS score, and Borden’s cervical curvature were measured before and after the intervention. The experimental data before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)After the experiment, the Long’s spine treatment group compared with the fascia release group, the forward flexion activity, the extension flexion activity, the left flexion activity, the right flexion activity, the left rotation activity, the NRS score, and cervical curvature There were no significant differences in degrees(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment, the Long’s spine treatment group was compared with the comprehensive group. There were significant differences in the forward flexion, extension extension, left flexion, right flexion, left rotation, and cervical curvature.P<0.05),there was no significant difference in NRS scores(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment, the fascia release group compared with the comprehensive group had significant differences in right flexion activity, left rotation activity,NRS score, and cervical spine curvature(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in forward flexion, extension flexion, and left flexion(P>0.05).(4)Comparison and analysis of each index of the three groups of patients before and after the experiment. The joint mobility and NRS score of the Long’s spine group had Significant difference(P<0.05),no significant difference in cervical curvature(P>0.05);significant difference in joint mobility and NRS score in the fascia release group(P<0.05),and no significant difference in cervical curvature(P<0.05);there were significant differences in cervical mobility,NRS score, and cervical curvature in the comprehensive group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Three types of interventions have significant effects in treating joint mobility disorders of patients with cervical spondylosis.Long’s spinal therapy combined with fascia release technology has the best effect, followed by fascia release technology.Long’s spinal therapy is less effective than fascia release technology.(2)In the treatment of neck prophylaxis,Long’s Chiropractic combined with fascia release technology and simple Long’s Chiropractic is the preferred solution.(3)The correction of cervical curvature of the patient is mainly based on Long’s chiropractic combined with fascia release technology. The single method is not effective.(4)Comprehensive interventions for the treatment of cervical spondylosis are reliable. It can comprehensively treat cervical spondylosis related diseases, and improve the activity of the cervical spine. |
