Purpose: The topic for vertebral artery type of cervical disease increased year by year,and the insidious onset, longer duration of illness, can be in the form of sexual developmentand manipulative therapy for this disease in the treatment of simple, economic, high safetycoefficient, easily accepted by patients, obvious curative effect and other advantages, ishelpful for clinical data collection, to clear the disease methods reconstruction of posttreatment effect of objective data analysis and provide a strong help, thus for vertebral arterytype of cervical spondylosis of early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment to create agood prerequisite, further clarify the manipulative therapy for the treatment of this disease hasimportant significance.Method: The tests were used in60patients, according to different methods of treatmentto this disease will be divided into control group and treatment group, a case from theAffiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine orthopaedicoutpatients and Changchun City Wide City Chinese medicine hospital orthopaedic clinic.30cases of the control group, the treatment group of30cases. There were36male,24femalecases. Age22-71years old, which under the age of40in16cases,40-5024cases of50--60age,age12, above60years of age in8cases. Two groups of gender, age, no significant differencecompared with statistics.Before treatment, the requirements of each patients with vertebral artery color Dopplerultrasound exploration of basilar artery blood flow, average flow velocity of vertebral artery,presumably vertebral artery ischemia.Two groups were given massage therapy and oral drug law, for a period of3weeks,3months after the follow-up of curative effect.Manipulative treatment group take seat, asked the patients to relax, to relax neck andshoulder muscles, then designated the push of rotatory reduction manipulation, the wholecourse is about10~15minutes, then pull stretch traction3~5minutes. Traditional Chinese medicine control group given neck pain oral,10ml/time,3times aday.At the end of treatment were observed clinical symptoms, signs, TCD changes,compared the clinical effects of two treatment methods.Result: Clinical outcome after treatment,30cases in the treatment group patients30cases(100%), effective in0cases, the markedly effective rate was100%; the control group of30patients in17cases (56.67%), effective in9cases (30%),4cases are invalid, significantefficiency56.67%. Comparison of the two groups, there were significant differences (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group in clinical efficacy.After treatment, two groups of vertebral artery mean blood flow velocity have significantdifference (P (0.05), while the treatment group of vertebral artery mean blood flow velocitycompared with the control group, there was significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The test results show that, the treatment group and the control group canimprove the symptoms of patients, treatment group show the efficiency as100%, controlgroup markedly effective rate was56.67%, patients are able to resume normal life, no thesymptom distress.To sum up, the above methods in clinical have achieved good clinical efficacy, in whichthe effect of manual therapy as well, for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patientsin specific situations can achieve accurate positioning, safe in clinical treatment, and has goodeffect in, to improve the clinical efficacy has important significance.
