Based On The Theory Of "stomach-stomach Treatment", The Research On Differentiation And Treatment Of Bile-reflux Gastritis And The Research On Prescription Laws In Literature

Purpose:Discuss the clinical thinking of treating bile reflux gastritis based on the method of "Ball and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment",and analyze relevant literature data through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,analyze and summarize contemporary doctors' diagnosis and treatment of the disease and the rules of prescription and medication The advocacy of "the same treatment of gall bladder and stomach" method is mutually corroborating,hoping to provide theoretical basis and data support for clinical application promotion.Material and method:The theoretical origin,core pathogenesis,and treatment methods of the "Ball and Stomach Treatment" method are discussed,and the clinical experience of the tutor is further analyzed and summarized.Using How Net,Wanfang,and Weipu databases,we searched and sorted out the literature on the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,conducted statistical analysis,and applied statistical data to further prove the clinical guiding value of the theory of "Ball and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment".Results:1.The key to the onset of bile reflux gastritis is the imbalance of the middle qi machine,the imbalance of the stomach,and the gastric qi association with the upside-down of bile.The clinical treatment of this disease is based on the theory of "the same treatment of the gallbladder and the stomach",and the principle of restoring the coordination function of the gallbladder and stomach,The clinical application has good theoretical guiding significance.2.A total of 164 related literatures were retrieved with 1,868 medications,and a total of 129 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.After statistics and comprehensive analysis of the differences in the effects of the monarchs and ministers,it was found that the common medications were Qi-regulating drugs(Bupleurum,Tangerine peel,Citrus aurantium,etc.),and tonic drugs(white peony,Codonopsis,etc.),heat-clearing drugs(Coptis,Scutellaria,etc.)are the main ones;the order of drug properties is: 630 times of cold,576 times of warm,347 times of calm,70 times of heat,and 8 times of cold.The order of the frequency of the five flavors is: 1028 times of bitterness,871 times of pungency,502 times of sweetness,330 times of acid and 103 times of salty.The frequency of return meridian was 1243 times of spleen meridian,932 times of lung meridian,809 times of stomach meridian,623 times of liver meridian,and 384 times of gall bladder meridian.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to perform correlation and clustering calculations on high-frequency Chinese medicines,it is concluded that the second-order commonly used drug pairs: Bupleurum-Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum-Chenpi,etc.Three-order commonly used horn medicines: Bupleurum-White peony-Fructus Aurantii,Pinellia-Bupleurum-Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum-White peony-Citrus peel,etc.Fourth-order commonly used drug pairs: Bupleurum-White peony-Tangerine peel-Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum-White peony-Glycyrrhiza-Fructus Aurantii,etc.and6 clusters of prescriptions.Conclusion:The instructor advocates the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with the "surgery of the gall bladder and stomach" method,which cuts the core pathogenesis,has a wide range of clinical applications.
