| Objective: To observe the effect of Tradtional Chinese Medicine QingDanHeWei Tang on patients with bile reflex gastritis(BRG).Methodes:seventy-five patients with BRG (Hyperactive Liver-qi Attacking the Stomach)were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, fourty cases were treated with QingDanHeWeiTang as the treatment group and another thirty-five cases were treated with Motilium and Hydrotalcite as control group. 1 month as 1 therapy course in both groups. After 3 months treatment , observe the change of clinical symptom , examine the patients through gastroscope and histology biopsy.Results:The clinical improved symptom and The treated gastritis of treatment group are superior to that of control group(P<0. 01). there is no significant difference about bile reflex between two groups (P>0.05).Cone I us ion: QingDanHeWeiTang has a good clinical curative and long-term effect on bile reflex gastritis, and has no observed side-effect, so it has clinical applicable value to some extent. |
