Based On Data Mining To Study The Medication Rule And Comparison Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Stage ? And ?

Objective: In this paper,data mining technology was used to collect the literature about the treatment of proteinuria in ? stage and ? stage of diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine in recent 28 years,and to analyze the regularity of drug use,and to compare the differences of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of albuminuria between stage ? and stage ? of diabetic nephropathy,so as to provide literature basis for TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria and guide clinical medication.Materials and methods: 1.Search and download the relevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ? and ? proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy in China knowledge Network,Wanfang and VIP.2.The inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature were determined according to the purpose of the study.3.Establish the Excel table,and sort out the information needed in the selected literature,and then use the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform for data analysis.4.The frequency and regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ? stage of diabetic nephropathy and ? proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy were obtained and compared.Results:1.The third stage of diabetic nephropathy involves 285 prescriptions and 201 traditional Chinese medicines.Diabetic nephropathy ? involves 92 prescriptions and 151 traditional Chinese medicines.The common and common doses of the first 10 high-frequency drugs in the two phases are 30 g of Radix Astragali,15 g of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Poria cocos,Yam,Cornus officinalis and Radix Rehmanniae,10 g of Rhubarb in ? stage,6g in Phase ? and 10 g in Phase ? of Radix angelicae Sinensis,and 10 g or 15 g in Phase ? of Angelica sinensis ?.Different drugs: phase ?: Ligusticum chuanxiong 10 g,stage ? Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.2.According to the meridian of nature and taste,the order of the four qi in ? stage is mainly warm,cold and flat,while that in ? stage is mainly warm,flat and cold.The two stages of Wuwei are led by sweet medicine,the meridians of liver,kidney and spleen are the main meridians in the third stage of menstruation,and the meridians of spleen,liver and kidney are the main meridians in stage ?.3.Drug efficacy: in stage ?,drugs for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat are mainly used.? mainly uses drugs for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and promoting diuresis and permeating dampness.4.Through the high-frequency drug network display map,the two phases are based on Shenqi Dihuang decoction.On the basis of ?,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong)and heat-clearing drugs(Shengdihuang)were added.On the basis of ?,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis),tonifying qi(Atractylodes macrocephala),diuresis and permeating dampness(alisma)and purgative(rhubarb)were added.The top 3 high frequency drug pairs were: phase ?: 1 Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Astragali(155 times),Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali(150 times),Cornus officinalis,Radix Astragali(143 times).? stage: 1 Radix Astragali,Poria cocos(46 times),Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Astragali(44 times),Radix Astragali,Angelica sinensis(37 times).Conclusion:1.The common core drugs of diabetic nephropathy stage ? and ? are Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Alisma orientalis rhubarb and angelica.Different drugs: Ligusticum chuanxiong in stage ? and Atractylodes macrocephala in stage ?.2.In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage ? and ?,the drugs are mainly sweet and warm,the drugs in stage ? mainly enter the liver meridian,and the drugs in stage ? mainly enter the spleen meridian.3.The methods of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are used to treat diabetic nephropathy in ? stage and ? stage.The differences are: ? stage and clearing heat,? stage both diuresis and dampness.It is consistent with the pathogenesis of ? stage and ? stage of diabetic nephropathy.4.The treatment of diabetic nephropathy in ? stage and ? stage is based on Shenqi Dihuang decoction.
