The Effects Of Xihongkang To Diabetic Nephropathy Patients At Early Stage

Objective:Observation Xihongkang through clinical trials in early diabetic nephropathy(DN)qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type in patients with TCM syndrome integral,urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),allergic C-reactive protein(hs CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),serum creatinine(Scr),blood uric acid(BUA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and so on.Methods: Based on clinical epidemiology and statistical methods and principles,we adopt and follow single blind,randomized,controlled clinical trial design,and the collected 74 patients who met inclusion conditions,using the random number table method divided patients into two groups,the treatment group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases).The control group on the basis of foundation treatment,using angiotensin receptor inhibitor(ARB)drugs(Irbesartan Tablets)150mg oral control of blood pressure before breakfast,reduce urinary protein(PRO).Treatment group on the basis of the control treatment,and in theXihongkang(free decoction astragali 2 bags,radix pseudostellariae 1 bag,rhubarb 1 bag,yam 1 bag,glossy privet fruit1 bag,rhodiola rosea 1 bag,grass safflower 1 bag,leech 1 bag,are provided by xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and batch number 1010087)daily 1 agent after breakfast and dinner,200 ml warm water blunt.Treatment for 2 months in a row,the two groups were observed in patients with clinical symptoms of TCM,UAER,hs-CRP,IL-6 Scr,BUA,BUN and other indicators of change,establish a database,using SPSS17.0 software for data analysis.Results: to compare the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 83%,Xihongkang was significantly lower than the control group of TCM syndrome integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),UAER,hs-CRP,IL-6,FPG,2 HFPG,HbAlc,TC,TG and other indicators reduced than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Xihongkang can obviously reduce the early DN qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis in patients with type TCM symptom integral,significantly reduce UAER,hs-CRP,IL-6,FPG,2 HFPG,HbAlc,TC,TG glucolipid metabolism,inflammation indexes related to Xihongkang.(2)It is worth further discussing through the study of early DN qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type patients with certain clinical curative effect and good safety,...
