Based On Literature Research To Discuss The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Stage ?

Purpose: In order to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy,this paper discusses the regularity of drug use in stage ? diabetic nephropathy treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Material and method: 1.To collect the literatures published in the Chinese Journal full-text Database(CNKI)from 2008 to 2018,and determine the subject words as "Diabetic Nephropathy Phase III,traditional Chinese Medicine,treatment" to search and download the literature;2.Establishment of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria based on research purposes;3.Select the documents and set up the database,use the Microsoft Excel 2017 form to summarize and sort out the included documents,and then use the statistical software SPSS Modeler 18.00 to analyze the relevance of the extracted effective information;(4)apply the statistical software SPSS Modeler 18.00 to analyze the relevance of the extracted effective information;4.It is concluded that Chinese medicine is used to treat diabetic nephropathy.Clinical drug frequency,drug correlation.Results:1.A total of 347 articles were retrieved,96 of which met the inclusion criteria.Among them,96 empirical prescriptions and 117 pieces of Chinese herbal medicine were involved,with a total of 1838 times of occurrence through frequency statistics.2.Analysis of drug frequency: there are 28 drugs with frequency ? 20 times,with a frequency of 1072,accounting for 58.32% of the total drug frequency.The main drugs include Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes,yellow essence,cooked ground,yam,Evodia,Euryale seed,Poria cocos,etc.Alisma,Cortex Peony,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,etc.;According to its efficacy,the main categories are tonifying drugs(tonifying qi,nourishing yin,tonifying blood),activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat and restraining and ingesting drugs.3.According to the analysis of the twelve meridians,the drugs were classified as the liver channel,kidney channel,spleen channel,stomach channel,lung channel,heart channel,etc.Among them,the top three meridians were: the number of drugs belonging to the livermeridian(68)was the most,ranking the first,the number of drugs belonging to the liver meridian(68)was the most,the first,and so on.The second was kidney meridian(44),spleen meridian(37).4.According to the association rules,there were 20 drug groups with gain value ? 1.05.Astragalus membranaceus is associated with many kinds of drugs such as Atractylodes,Radix Codonopsis,Codonopsis pilossus and other drugs,followed by yam,cornus meat,cooked Rehmannia,Poria cocos,alisma,Danpi,Dilong,leech and other drugs are closely related to each other.Conclusion:1.Through the drug test,it is concluded that in the third stage of diabetic nephropathy,the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis can be combined with dampness,heat,turbid toxin and so on,and the treatment is based on invigorating qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.It is concluded that the total frequency is 288,the liver is the most and the second is the kidney,the spleen,etc.The third stage of the diabetic nephropathy is considered to be in the kidney,the liver and the spleen.3.Based on the analysis of the frequency,the reduction and the association of the drug,it is considered that Shenzhuangtang is the first choice for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage III.
