Observation On The Curative Effect Of Fumigating No.I On Shoulder Arthroscopic Repair Of Rotator Cuff

Objective:To observe the effect of applying fumigant I on shoulder pain,shoulder motion,and Constant-Murley shoulder function score after shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuffrepair,and to apply blood circulation for rotator cuff repair.Swelling and pain relief,Tongli joint drugs provide a theoretical basis to further guide the application of Chinese medicine after rotator cuff repair.Methods:A total of 60 cases of rotator cuff tears were diagnosed at the Second Hospital of Fuzhou from October 2016 to September 2017.Altogether,there were 60 cases of rotator cuff tears and 4 cases were detached.56 cases were included in this study,19 were male and 37 were female.Age 45-65 years old.Patients were divided into two groups according to whether they used fumigant I after rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy.The user entered the test group and no user entered the control group.Pain scores were collected at the 1st,2nd,and 3rd month after surgery;shoulder joint mobility was collected at the 1st,2nd,and 3rd month after surgery;and Constant-Murley shoulder function scores were assessed at the 1st,2nd,and 3rd month affter surgery.Results:The follow-up period was 3-5 months with an average of 4 months.The pain scores in the two groups were better than those in the control group in the 1,2,and 3 months after surgery;the shoulder joint activity test group was better in the 1,2 and 3 months after the surgery in the two groups than in the control group;In March,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score test group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:For the treatment of rotator cuff injury,shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is widely used in clinic due to its advantages of minimally invasive,soft tissue injury,and rapid postoperative recovery.The fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine can make the active ingredients of the drug reach the disease directly,and it is easy to operate,with little toxic and side effects.The pain of the rotator cuff repair,the activity of the shoulder joint,and the function of the shoulder joint are all obviously improved.
