Purpose:By observing the effects of warm needling therapy on the upper limb motor function, pain degree, and the scores of the shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, explore the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,so as to promote warm needling therapy Application in clinical practice.Material and method:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group(warm needling therapy)and control group(conventional acupuncture therapy),30 in each group.Visual analogue scale(VAS),simplified Fugl Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and shoulder hand syndrome scale were used to evaluate. With the help of spss23.0 statistical software to process the statistical data,to explore the effectiveness of warm needling in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.result:1.By chi square test and independent sample t test, there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The curative effect of warm needling is significantly higher than that of conventional acupuncture. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).3.The VAS score,FMA score and shoulder hand syndrome scale score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.No case fell off and no adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Compared with acupuncture alone, warm needling therapy is more effective and effective in measuring the degree of pain(VAS),upper limb motor function(FMA)and shoulder hand syndrome scale in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.2.Compared with simple acupuncture, warm needling therapy is more effective in relieving pain, reducing edema and improving the activity of affected limb.3.Warm needling therapy for shoulder hand syndrome after stroke has definite curative effect, less adverse reactions, simple and easy operation, and high patient compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
