Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy under the guidance of TCM therapeutic acupuncture combined with TDP lamp irradiation treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke in patients, to explore its therapeutic principles, safety and efficacy, to provide more clinical data for clinical treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, in order to better develop of acupuncture and meridians theory and application in the disease in clinical treatment. Material and method : According to traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria, selection in March 2014 to December 2015, liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital rehabilitation center of brain K1 ward shoulder hand syndrome after stroke in patients with a total of 47 cases, take a random number table method, the selected patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group 24 cases, 23 cases of control group. Two groups were given traditional Chinese and western medicine on a regular basis and rehabilitation treatment, observation group based on the given acupuncture treatment combined with TDP lamp irradiation. Acupuncture treatment are 1 time/day, retaining needle for 30 minutes each time, 4 weeks for a period of treatment, on the basis of acupuncture therapy with TDP lamp irradiation. Finally, before treatment and after treatment in clinical functional assessment: the degree of clinical neural function defect score(NDS), shoulder hand syndrome edema degree score, upper limb simplified Fugl- Meyer movement function score(FMA), upper limb pain assessment visual analog scale(VAS), improve the Barthel index score, etc., each observation scale data statistics, using SPSS20.0 statistical software were compared between group, group, to the system of evaluation of acupuncture combined with lamp irradiation effect on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Results: 1.Clinical were included in the standard history of 47 cases, 24 cases of observation group and control group of 23 cases. Before treatment in the two groups in gender, age, course of the disease, patients with upper limb movement function score, daily life activities ability score, evaluation on pain, swelling degree and had no significant difference(P > 0.05), with comparable between groups. 2. Compared the two groups before and after treatment were significantly statistical difference(P < 0.05), the symptoms were improved obviously. 3.Compared the two groups after treatment, the VAS score, according to the score after treatment compared statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), the curative effect is obvious; Edema degree evaluation, degree of nerve defect NDS, upper limb FMA score, life ability Barthel scores showed no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy lamp irradiation with simple rehabilitation therapy on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke have better effect. 2. Acupuncture combined with lamp rehabilitation group on pain score, the curative effect is significant difference, obviously superior to control group; In nerve defect degree evaluation, degree of swelling, upper limb motor function assessment and daily life ability to score, two groups of curative effect good, observation on the curative effect is slightly better than the control group, but the difference is not significant. 3. Acupuncture combined with lamp irradiation and rehabilitation training are commonly used for clinical treatment method, in improving the clinical symptoms of sore and patient has good curative effect, has the good feasibility of synergistic treatment can play a better curative effect, worth clinical application.
