Based On Data Mining To Explore The Empirical Rules Of Contemporary Physicians In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose: With the help of the TCMICS(V3.0)and SPSS 23.0.Data mining was conducted on the data contained in "Empirical Literature on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine" in CNKI(www.cnki.net).To explore the differentiation and treatment of Knee-Osteoarthritis by contemporary doctors,as well as the rules of medication and acupuncture prescription,so as to lay a foundation for the experience inheritance and development of contemporary doctors.Material and method:The data contained in "Empirical Literature on the Treatment of Knee-Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine" in CNKI(www.cnki.net)were included comprehensively on the basis of strictly implementing the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Establish a database with the help of WPS Office 2019 to standardize and normalize the input information.With the help of the TCMICS(V3.0),data mining was carried out on the information of the four diagnoses,principles and methods of treatment,prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion in the recorded medical cases,so as to explore the rules of modern doctors' syndrome treatment.Results:1.A total of 180 literatures were included in this study,including 207 medical cases.There were 180 prescriptions for traditional Chinese medicine and 27 prescriptions for acupuncture.2.A total of 7 main syndromes were included,among which "deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome" was the most frequent.3.Knee osteoarthritis is mainly manifested by swelling of the knee joint and limited mobility among contemporary physicians.4.Contemporary doctors take "tonifying the liver and kidney","promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis","dispelling wind and dehumidifying" as the main treatment methods.5.A total of 180 TCM prescriptions were included,including 238 kinds of single drugs,among which "Radix Achyranthae Radix" was the most frequent.The medicinal property is sweet and warm product more,belong to liver,spleen,kidney meridian more.6.The 27 acupuncture prescriptions included included 44 acupoints,among which "Dubi acupoint" appeared most frequently.Acupoints are mainly lower limb acupoints,mostly belong to foot yangming stomach meridian,foot sun bladder meridian.Conclusion:1.Explore the main syndrome,treatment and prescription information of each syndrome type through data mining method to clarify the law of modern doctors in treating knee osteoarthritis2.The core drug combinations of each major syndrome type and 18 new prescriptions were obtained by clustering analysis algorithm.3.Through clustering analysis algorithm,14 core acupoint combinations were obtained,and 3new acupoint prescriptions were obtained.
