Study On The Syndromes And Regulations Of Contemporary Doctors In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThe application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assisted platform software to excavate contemporary doctors’ knowledge of the syndrome and treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and to explore its clinical applicability,and to provide objective evidence and new ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsCollection of effective medical cases of contemporary doctors treating chronic hepatitis B.After standardized processing of the data,use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform function module to analyze the data of chronic hepatitis B "disease name-syndrome type-symptom-medication" and pass "human-machine combination" Ways to summarize the characteristics of contemporary doctors to identify and treat chronic hepatitis B.ResultsA total of 146 valid medical cases were collected,including 157 traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and prescriptions,involving 251 herbs.The male to female ratio was 2.9:1.The youngest age of the patients was 6 years old,the oldest was 70 years old,and the median age was 38 years old.Through the analysis of "disease name-syndrome type-symptom-medication" of chronic hepatitis B,it is concluded that the disease mainly belongs to the category of "flank pain","jaundice","liver fixity" and so on.The clinical syndrome type is complex with single syndrome type and compound syndrome type,and there are common syndromes such as liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome,liver-gallbladder dampness-heat syndrome,liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,etc.The disease is mainly characterized by"dampness-heat virulence and pathogenic factors",and the disease is mainly located in the liver,involving the spleen,kidney,bile,stomach,meridian,sanjiao,membranogen and other viscera.The common clinical manifestations are fatigue,flank pain,loss of appetite,yellow urine,abdominal fullness,dry mouth,insomnia,bitter mouth,loose stool,and nausea.Tongue color for the red tongue,light red,dark red tongue,tongue shape for fat tongue,a few see under the tongue veins thickened,moss color for moss yellow,white,moss quality for moss greasy,thin;The basic pulse is chordal vein,veinlets and slippage.The traditional Chinese medicines commonly used by contemporary doctors are tuckaolin,atractylodes,salvia miltiorrhiza,turmeric,artemisia annua,radix paeoniae alba,cortex meliorrhiza,licorice root,angelica sinensis,codonopsis codonopsis,radix scutellariae baicalensis,polygonum cuspidatum,gardenia,rhubarb,red peony root,tangerine peel,chicken inner gold,and coix seed.The properties of the medicine are mainly cold,warm and flat.The medicine taste is bitter,sweet and xin,mainly returning to liver,spleen and stomach.In this study,there was a high similarity between the major syndromes and the drugs recommended by the guidelines,and 11 potential new prescriptions were found.ConclusionThis study objectively summarized the understanding and clinical characteristics of contemporary physicians on different treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Chronic hepatitis B is rich in differentiation and treatment,disease deficiency and excess mixed with changeful,disease site involves a number of viscera,contemporary doctors pay attention to the "wet" and "stasis"pathological factors on the disease,disease throughout the spleen and blood circulation drug characteristics.The results of the excavation showed that the drugs of disease and syndrome were consistent with the clinical guidelines and specifications,which could provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
