Study On The Law Of Cough Treatment Based On Data Mining From Six Meridians Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To explore the distribution characteristics of the six channels and the rule of differentiation and treatment of cough in patients with the six channels of syndrome differentiation by collecting the modern Chinese medicine doctors published by the six classics dialectical treatment of cough cases and using data mining technology to mine the relationship between diseases,syndromes,prescriptions and drugs contained in the medical records.To further improve the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of cough,through this study,it is hoped that it can open up doctors’ thoughts of clinical syndrome differentiation and guide clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Microsoft Office Access 2010 software was used to establish a database,and a total of 153 patients’ medical records were included,including gender,age,course of disease,inducement,cough nature,six meridian attribution,TCM syndrome,TCM classification,Western medicine etiology,clinical manifestations,tongue signs,pulse signs,disease position,pathogenesis,pathological factors,Chinese medicine prescriptions,etc.Secondly,the statistical software SAS 9.4 was used to conduct frequency analysis on the above fields.Association rules(Apriori algorithm)were used to conduct association analysis on the six meridians and clinical symptoms,the six meridians and drugs,as well as drug cluster analysis(Ward method).This mining work is objective and specific,in the six meridian and symptoms,six meridian and drug correlation results at the same time,statistics and give the corresponding frequency,support degree,confidence degree and promotion degree,in the drug cluster analysis of the core prescriptions,lists the relevant prescriptions in the provisions,to ensure that all data sources are based on.Results:1.Among the 153 patients,110 were female and 43 were male;The youngest patient was 2 years old,the largest was 82 years old.There were42 middle-aged patients and 87 young patients.There were 56 patients with a course of disease less than 2 months,93 patients with a course of disease longer than 2 months,and 3 patients with a longest course of disease as long as 5 years.There were significant differences in gender,age and course of disease(P < 0.05).2.According to the statistical results,there were 88 patients with no obvious inducement or aggravating factors,while the rest were affected by cold,wind,odor stimulation,lampblack stimulation,morning,talking,fatigue,night and other factors.Common pathological factors are cold,gas,wind,heat,phlegm,drink and dampness,fire and blood stasis,water,dry,etc.,involved in the disease there are 15 species,with spleen and stomach,lungs,liver,camp guard,bravery is given priority to,involved in the pathogenesis of 27 species,less adverse Yang Shu Ji proportion is the largest,second is muggy,exogenous cold,cold,lung xuan drop loss,such as endogenous,inside the vagina inside,outside in the cold drink,drink water,etc.3.Among the 153 patients with six-meridian slow cough,68 cases had single meridian disease,62 cases had two-meridian slow cough,22 cases had three-meridian slow cough,and 1 case had four-meridian slow cough.Shaoyang disease was the most common single meridian disease in 28 cases,followed by Shaoying disease,Taiyin disease,Tangyang disease,Jueyin disease,and Yangming disease.According to the split statistics of multiple diseases,66 cases were involved in Shaoyang meridian disease,followed by Taiyin disease,Tangyang,Yangming,Shaoyin disease and Jueyin disease.The non-parametric chi-square test showed that(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.The classification frequency of traditional Chinese medicine from high to low was lung,spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,heart,kidney,meridian disease of limbs,entomology,gynecology and dermatology.Involving TCM diseases,diarrhea,insomnia and enuresis are more common.There were 68 cases of cough caused by upper respiratory tract infection(48 cases),cough variate asthma(15 cases),chronic pharyngitis(7 cases),allergic cough(5 cases),cough after pneumonia(4 cases),chronic bronchitis(2 cases)and postnasal drip syndrome(2cases).Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on the symptoms of the six channels and the core components,and the specific mining results were summarized as soup(4)Shaoying → cold,dry cough,phlegm color white → aconite,licorice,cassia twood,ephedra → ephedra aconite asarum soup,cassia twood aconite to GUI plus atractylode soup,true wu soup(5)Jueyin → decoctionConclusion:(1)Cough can present diseases of the six meridians,most of which are Shaoyang,Taiyin,Taiyang,Yangming and Shaoyin,and less of them are Jueyin.It can involve multiple viscera and various diseases.(2)The pathogenesis of the treatment of cough by the six meridians is that the Taiyang surface is insoluble,evil is introduced into Shaoyang,Shaoyang is adverse,Shaoyang is disturbed by heat,lung is restless;Or for the Taiyin spleen deficiency,phlegm wet water drinking endogenous,exogenous six prostitution,inside and outside the evil cause lung gas is not declared;Or the heart and kidney Yang failure,water gas does not melt,cold dampness is filled,water cold lung characteristics,pathological factors are cold,gas,phlegm,wind,heat,cold,wind is the two major aggravating factors of cough.(3)The use of the six channels syndrome differentiation of cough,can simplify the complex,starting from the three Yin and three Yang,grasp the six channels main symptoms and prescription syndrome pathogenesis,with the core prescription for treatment,with the combination of pathogenesis and pathological factors for addition and subtraction.
