| Objective:This paper mainly through the collation and analysis of the Clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and medical record of ancient Clinical literature about Zhenwu decoction,analyzes the application of Zhenwu decoction in the ancient,study the regularity of Zhenwu decoction symptom differentiation and treatment,summarize up its main disease and pattern of syndrome,Main syndromes,the symptom of tongue and pulse,regular medication rules in order to provide the reference for modern clinical treatment.Methods:By collecting the experience and effective medical records of doctors in ancient works on the application of Zhenwu decoction,relying on Zhang Zhongjing’s literature knowledge base,the literature materials are decomposed into digital information,and the information is retrieved from many angles,and the method of data mining is adopted.By means of frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis,the relevant information is analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)208 cases of ancient literature were collected,including 149 cases of treatment experience and 59 cases of medical record.From Song Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,the application of Zhenwu decoction by physicians in the past dynasties gradually increased.(2)208 cases of ancient literature included 669 records of symptoms and 94 kinds of symptoms.The common symptoms were abdominal pain(47 times),dysentery and diarrhea(36 times),sweating(34 times),cough(32times).208 cases included 18 records of tongue coating,8 kinds of tongue coating,The common tongue coating are white coating(6 times)and slippery coating(3 times).208 cases included 107 records of pulse condition,17 kinds of pulse condition.The common pulse condition were deep pulse(19 times),microphygmia(15 times),thready pulse(14 times).208 cases included 132 records of etiology and pathogenesis,26 kinds..The common etiology and pathogenesis were deficiency of kidney yang(20 times),water and cold confluence(17 times),excessive sweating(15 times),there were 13 cases of Yin Sheng ge Yang,the weakness of the Yang Qi,the turbid yin upward(9 times),and 208 cases included 129 cases of disease and 51 kinds of diseases.The common diseases were exogenous febrile disease(15 times),cough(13 times),rare yin syndrome(12 times),fluid retention(9 times),yang depletion(8 times),vomiting(5 times),abdominal pain(5 times),yin syndrome(5times),cold syndrome(5 times),edema(3 times).(3)In zhe law of drug use,there were147 cases of original prescription of Zhenwu decoction.A total of 61 cases were added and subtracted,58 kinds of drugs were shared.The commonly used drugs were Poria cocos 206 times,Aconitum aconite 205 times,Atractylodes macrocephala 204 times,white(202 times),ginger(186 times),commonly used herbs ginger(29 times),ginseng(17 times),licorice(12 times),the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine(11 times),Asarum sieboldi Mig.(10 times),Guizhi(8 times),pinellia(8 times)in the use of physicians.The use of Zhenwu decoction,most of the original formula,addition and subtraction and processing methods,preparation method,drug delivery applications will follow Zhang Zhongjing’s law.(4)In the law of syndrome and treatment,the cluster analysis showed the indications of Zhenwu decoction is similar to tympanism(Yin water stagnation),similar to edema(decline of Kidney Yang Syndrome),similar to cough(phlegm dampness in the lung),similar to abdominal pain(like virtual dirty cold syndrome),similar to palpitation(retained fluid attack the heart syndrome),similar to vomiting(yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach)and similar to yang deficiency cold.The results of factor analysis showed that the main disease of Zhenwu decoction were similar to dysuria(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),similar to pleural effusion(yin deficiency syndrome)and similar to cough(phlegm dampness accumulation of lung syndrome),similar to edema(decline of Kidney Yang Syndrome),similar to palpitation(retained fluid attack the heart syndrome),similar to cold(interior cold heavy).Conclusion: The data of this study are derived from the clinical experience ormedical records recorded by medical writings before 1911,and the data are reliable.In the aspect of research methods,cluster analysis and factor analysis data mining are used for the first time to study application of Zhenwu Decoction in the past dynasties,common syndromes,symptoms,tongue,pulse,the rule of prescriptions and prescriptions,the rule of syndromes and treatment of Zhenwu decoction for the first time,and the conclusion is objective and accurate.The results of the study show that:From Song Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,the application of Zhenwu decoction by physicians in the past weakness of the Yang Qi,the turbid yin upward.The common diseases were exogenous febrile disease,cough,rare yin syndrome,fluid retention,yang depletion,vomiting,abdominal pain,yin syndrome,cold syndrome,edema.The use of Zhenwu decoction,most of the original formula,addition and subtraction and processing methods,preparation method,drug delivery applications will follow Zhang Zhongjing’s law.In the law of syndrome and treatment,the common result of cluster analysis and factor analysis issimilar to edema(decline of Kidney Yang Syndrome),similar to cough(phlegm dampness in the lung),similar to palpitation(retained fluid attack the heart syndrome).The rule of syndromes and treatment of Zhenwu decoction obtained in this study has certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.The research data source,analysis method,mining results are relatively reliable and objective,which can be used as a reference for the study of the rule of discrimination and treatment
