Analysis Of Medication Experience In 200 Cases Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Using the statistical method of data mining,this paper explores the medication rules of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,summarizes the theoretical basis and academic thought of Professor Lu in the treatment of this disease,explores the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.Material and Method:The data of 200 patients with NAFLD who were treated by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the Department of infectious diseases,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.By using modern statistical methods such as frequency statistics,frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis,the properties,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy types of traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of NAFLD were analyzed,Objective to summarize Professor Lu Bingjiu's experience in treating this disease.Results:A total of 200 cases of patients with NAFLD were collected.151 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,involving 3118 times,with an average of 16 herbs per prescription.1.the incidence rate of male is slightly higher than that of female.The male to female ratio is1.4:1,which occurs frequently in young and middle-aged people.The age of 30-39 years old is 50-59 years old,and the average age of illness is 46.3 years old.The results of color Doppler ultrasound showed that mild and moderate fatty liver accounted for a large proportion.Most of the symptoms were distending pain,poor sleep,loose stool,fatigue and so on.2.In terms of medication,Lushi mainly used tonic drugs with the frequency of 18.83%,followed by diuretic drugs(12.76%),Qi regulating drugs(12.28%),blood activating drugs(11.16%)and dampness resolving drugs(10.58%).In terms of drug properties,warm drugs accounted for the most(45.48%),and bitter(29.86%)and sweet(29.71%)drugs accounted for the most.3.According to the drug correlation analysis,the commonly used drug pairs of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of this disease are: toosendan yanhusuo,peach kernel safflower,Guizhi Huangqi,bupleurum Xiangfu,Scutellaria ternata,Alisma orientalis Hongqu,Alisma orientalis dabanpi,Pinellia ternata Zhuru,safflower chuanxiong,Jineijin licorice.4.Through cluster analysis,two types of high-frequency medication clustering of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of NAFLD were obtained: the first type: Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Atractylodes lancea,Atractylodes macrocephala,Plantago asiatica.The second category:Alisma orientalis,cardamom,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Monascus,Pericarpium,lotus leaf,hawthorn.Conclusion:1.NAFLD color Doppler ultrasound grading is related to age.The incidence rate of young and middle-aged patients is the highest.It may be related to the rising of youth and middle-aged people,the high pressure of work and the unsmooth emotional catharsis.In addition,the age group has many unhealthy habits,such as irregular diet,irregular work and rest,and eating fatty and cold.2.According to Professor Lu Bingjiu's medication experience,NAFLD is mainly located in liver,spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis is stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of spleen,stagnation of Liver Collaterals by Qi,blood and phlegm,long time reaching kidney,deficiency of kidney qi,phlegm dampness,qi stagnation and blood stasis in liver.3.The most common TCM syndrome type of NAFLD is stagnation of dampness and turbidity,which includes qi stagnation,damp heat,blood stasis and deficiency of viscera.4.Professor Lu Bingjiu's treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is mainly based on promoting blood circulation and eliminating dampness.He uses the three methods of promoting Qi,eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation together.He treats Qi and blood together,harmonizes liver and spleen,and takes care of spleen and stomach.The commonly used drugs in clinic are divided into two groups,which should be combined flexibly.5.Professor Lu Bingjiu pays attention to the diet care of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,instructs patients to adjust their emotions,light diet,intake of high protein,low carbon water,crude fiber food,reasonable weight loss.
