| Purpose:Use Meta-analysis to evaluate clinical efficacy for Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy in type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Material and method:Extract: We searched CNKI,CBM,WF and VIP for RCTs until December 2017.Extract searching keywords ‘type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver',‘Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy',‘invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney' and design scientific,effective information retrieval strategy.This study contained 21 RCTs,including 1639 patients,828 patients were in experimental group and 811 patients were in control group.Revman 5.3 software was used for data analysis.The outcome were estimated by OR,SMD and 95%CI.Results:This study contained 21 RCTs,including 1639 type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver patients.828 patients were in Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy group and 811 patients were in control group.The results were as shown : experimental group was better than control group in global clinical efficiency.There is a statistical difference in global clinical efficacy(P<0.00001).Study on clinical efficacy of T2 DM with NAFLD in different outcome time,[OR(4W)=5.43,95%CI(2.22,13.28)];[OR(4-12W)=3.77,95%CI(2.68,5.31)];[OR(12W+)=2.82,95%CI(1.36,5.84)],It showed that the effective rate of Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood circulation was the highest when the treatment course was 4 weeks.1.Blood glucose tests improved the role: experimental group after the treatment FPG and PBG were significantly decreased,FPG in experimental group was better than control group[MD=-0.60,95%CI(-0.92,-0.29)],PBG in experimental group was better than control group[MD=-1.06,95%CI(-1.79,-0.33].2.Blood lipids tests improved the role: experimental group after the treatment TG,TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased,TG experimental group was better than control group [MD=-0.75,95%CI(-0.98,-0.52)],TC experimental group was better than control group[MD=-0.70,95%CI(-0.92,-0.49)],HDL-C experimental group was better than control group [MD=0.30,95%CI(0.14,0.46)]LDL-C experimental group was better than control group[MD=-0.49,95%CI(-0.85,-0.13)].3.Liver function tests improved the role: experimental group after the treatment ALT and AST were significantly decreased,ALT experimental group was better than control group [MD=-12.99,95%CI(-16.92,-9.06)],AST experimental group better than control group [MD=-13.30,95%CI(-17.50,-9.11)].Conclusion: 1.Experimental group was better than control group in global clinical efficiency;2.The treatment course of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver by Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood circulation in 4 weeks,and the treatment effect is the best.3.The decreaing extent of blood glucose,blood lipids and liver function in Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy were greater than in the control group;4.The blood glucose showed: The decreaing extent of PBG better than FPG in Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy for T2 DM with NAFLD;5.The blood lipids showed: The decreaing extent of TG better than TC better than LDL-C in Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy for T2 DM with NAFLD,and this method also can adjust HDL-C;6.The liver function showed: The decreaing extent of AST better than ALT in Enriching Qi,Nourishing Yin,Qushi and Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy for T2 DM with NAFLD. |
