| Purpose : By combining data mining method with clinical perception,this paper the durg laws of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty disease,inherits his academic thought,and provides reference for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of this disease.Material and Method:Collected the first consultations of 252 patients with NAFLD treated by Professor lu Bingjiu in Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Using statistical methods(frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis),conclude Professor Lu Bingjiu used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NAFLD,tastes,channel tropisms,belong to the effect of classification,the medicine composition association,the medicine-to-syndrome association and clustering of high-frequency agents,and discuss Professor Lu's clinical experience in treating this disease.Results:In this study,252 prescriptions of NAFLD patients' first diagnosis history were collected,involving 152 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The frequency of drugs was 3617 times,and the average of each prescription contained 14.35 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.1.Through statistical analysis,it was found that NAFLD patients were slightly more male,with a male to female ratio of 1.19:1.The age of onset was mainly 30-39 years old,accounting for 25%.The clinical classification of NAFLD can be divided into six syndromes.They are dampness and turbidity stop syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,dampness and heat accumulation syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Among them,dampness and turbidity syndrome was the most frequent,which was 26.19%,followed by liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(18.65%),dampness and heat accumulation syndrome(18.25%),and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(18.25%).The core drugs for NAFLD treatment by Professor Lu Bingjiu are: tonic for deficiency,expelling water and dampness drugs,qi regulating drugs,humidifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs.In which,deficiency tonic drugs(accounting for 19.27% of the total use frequency)were the most,followed by expelling water and dampness drugs,(13.66%)and qi regulating drugs(12.00%).The drug was mostly warm,accounting for 46.28% of the total use frequency,followed by cold,accounting for 29.75%.The main medicinal flavor was sweet flavor,accounting for 31.73% of the total frequency of use,followed by bitter flavor(27.60%)and pungent-spicy flavor(24.51%)The spleen meridian was the main channel tropism of drugs,accounting for 22.41% of the total use frequency,followed by liver meridian(14.95%),lung meridian(14.62%)and stomach meridian(12.76%).2.Through the correlation analysis between the drugs,it was concluded that Professor Lu Bingjiu's commonly used drug combination for NAFLD treatment were:cinnamomi ramulus+alismatis rhizoma+atractylodis rhizoma?astragali radix?cyperi rhizoma?bupleuri radix ? paeoniae radix rubra+atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma+atractylodis rhizoma?plantaginis semen ? eupatorii herba?amomi fructus rotundus ? scutellariae radix?bupleuri radix ? bambusae caulis in taenias+poria+citri reticulatae pericarpium?pinecliae rhizoma,ect.Through the correlation analysis between drugs and syndromes,it was concluded that professor lu bingjiu's commonly used drug combinations in the treatment of NAFLD with different syndromes were as follows:In dampness and turbidity stop syndrome:arecae pericarpium?citri reticulatae pericarpium ? cinnamomi ramulus+poria?astragali radix,etc.In liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome:paeoniae radix rubra?bupleuri radix?poria+citri reticulatae pericarpium?bupleuri radix?pinelliae rhizoma+magndiae officinalis cortex?bupleuri radix,etc.In dampness and heat accumulation syndrome: citri reticulatae pericarpium+bupleuri radix?atractylodis rhizoma?scutellariae radix+magndiae officinalis cortex?atractylodis rhizoma,etc?In phlegm and blood stasis syndrome: crataegi fructus+alismatis rhizoma?red yeast rice,etc.In spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome:alismatis rhizoma+atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma?citri reticulatae pericarpium?dioscoreae rhizoma? folium nelumbinis ? cinnamomi ramulus ? astragali radix ? arecae pericarpium;The third category: citri reticulatae pericarpium?atractylodis rhizoma?poria?atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma?amomi fructus rotundus.Conclusion: 1.According to Professor Lu's experience,this study concluded tha NAFLD mainly affected the liver,spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis was liver depression,spleen deficiency,and kidney qi deficiency,which caused phlegm dampness,qi stagnation and blood stasis in the liver.2.TCM symptoms of NAFLD are characterized by dampness and turbidity stagnation,as well as qi stagnation,dampness and heat,blood stasis and deficiency of organs.3.Summed up professor lu bingjiu treatment of this disease to “regulating the liver,spleen and kidney as the center,clearing damp,regulating qi,activating blood trinity” comprehensive treatment principle.Clinical commonly used drug combination 3 groups,and on the basis of syndrome and period of disease flexible compatibility application. |
