Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture of nourishing yin and latent yang in the treatment of apoplexy and hemiplegic limb spasm. Methods: The 72 patients in this project were all from the encephalopathy department of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. In this experiment, the data were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, treatment group(nourishing yin and burying yang group)36 patients, control group(traditional acupuncture group)36 patients. The treatment group was compared with the control group by traditional acupuncture.SPSS19.0 system is used for statistical processing and analysis of data. The metrological data were tested by t,the counting data by chi-square test, the two groups of metrological data were compared by t test(following the measurement index of normal distribution)or rank sum test(not following normal distribution),and the P value & lt;0.05 were different and statistically significant. Results: 1.The total number of patients was 72,among which 36 were control group,6were shed,36 were treated group and 5 were shed. The results showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the treatment group and the control group, and the two groups were comparable.2.The overall effective rate of the two groups was evaluated and compared, the overall effective rate of the control group(traditional acupuncture group)was 86.67%,and that of the treatment group(nourishing yin and burying yang group)was 96.78%.After statistical analysis, there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.and the total curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Comparison and analysis of spasticity index score and symptom score before and after treatment, after statistical analysis, there was significant difference in spasticity index score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. After treatment, there was significantdifference in TCM symptom score between treatment group and control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional acupuncture method, the total effective rate of nourishing yin and burying yang method is better than that of traditional acupuncture method, and the same difference exists in the treatment of spastic index and symptoms of apoplexy hemiplegic limb spasm.Acupuncture treatment is currently recognized as the treatment method, through nourishing yin and burying yang method acupuncture treatment of apoplexy hemiplegic limb spasm, its operation is simple, effective and safe, not only to guide clinical treatment,to reduce the patient's pain, improve the quality of life of patients with great significance.
