Research On The Influence Of Resource Allocation Of S Hospital In Guizhou On Medical Quality

Under the requirements of high-quality development of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,compared with the main social contradictions in the new era(the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development),the contradiction between the people's growing demand for high-quality medical services and the mismatch of medical resources is prominent.In view of this,this thesis takes a public hospital in Guizhou Province as an example,combined with the actual situation,aiming at medical resource allocation on the "quantity"(medical service output)of medical quality,using the regression analysis method,discusses the influence of single medical resource input and comprehensive resource allocation.Through the impact analysis of medical resources and medical quality index data obtained from the evaluation,the results show that the allocation of medical resources is first constrained by the "quantity" of medical service demand,and the allocation efficiency of medical resources in s hospital at this stage conforms to the short board effect(human resources and technical resources belong to short board relative to hospital bed resources,and technical resources belong to short board relative to human resources))?In terms of how to effectively meet the service needs through resource allocation,this research can provide useful reference for the design of medical institutions or regional medical resource allocation schemes.
