Based on the theory of teaching case design,this study proposed the teaching case design strategy based on scenario simulation,and used the teaching case design strategy to develop the teaching case of the course " Critical Care" based on scenario simulation.The effectiveness of the strategy was tested by the method of random concurrent pair reference experimental research.To explore the application effect of teaching cases based on scenario simulation in the course of " Critical Care" in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the professional and technical level and clinical practice ability of nursing students in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide reference for cultivating students' ability to analyze and solve clinical problems and improving students' comprehensive quality.By sorting out relevant literature,this study analyzed the current research status of teaching cases,scenario simulation,and acute critical care at home and abroad,and put forward the teaching case design strategy based on scenario simulation according to relevant theories.Then,five teaching cases were developed by selecting typical clinical case materials related to the theme through the hospital medical system.Finally the quasi-experimental research method based on scenario simulation teaching case is applied in the classroom teaching and test teaching effects,combining curriculum evaluation results with "scale of nursing students autonomous learning ability","supportive communication scale" as a result,from the theoretical level,the independent learning ability,communication ability,etc,to verify the effectiveness of teaching design.The results show that the students in the experimental group have improved their academic performance,autonomous learning ability and communication ability.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The research results show that teaching cases based on scenario simulation can help promote students' understanding and application of theoretical knowledge,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and improve students' communication ability,and its long-term effect still needs to be further clarified?(2)The study proves that the teaching case design strategy based on scenario simulation has a good effect,and the teaching case based on scenario simulation has a very practical value in the teaching of secondary vocational nursing,which can be promoted and applied to other courses to increase the effort of exploration and application.
