| Objective The purpose of this study is to explore a efficient comprehensive approach of nursing postgraduate case library construction to flexible application of various teaching methods to teach and strengthen the good combination of theory teaching and clinical practice.; Analyzing its application and effects and make a study of its further expand.The rasearch results provides advice and recommendations for optimizing teaching contents reforming teaching methods and measures, perfecting evaluation system. Our ultimate aim is to improve the teaching quality, optimizing the teaching means, realize the rapid development of nursing postgraduate education.Method Using action research method,literature method and quantitative analysis method,we discuss and formulate principle of writing teaching case. Every teacher write one case about their own professional direction. Then we applied our cases to teaching practice with our own case teaching organizational process. Based on 4 case teaching videos,we made quantitative analysis for teaching effection via a variety of evaluation methods,such as Flanders Interaction Analysis system. We made an comprehensive evaluation for application effect of case teaching,combining with questionnaire results.Results1.We wrote 22 independent nursing cases, including medical nursing case, surgical nursing case, and so on. As for the characteristics of teaching, teachers` version and students` version is different in content.2.We established a teaching organization law which including 3 steps. This new method is suitable for domestic nursing postgraduate education.3.In 4 case teaching classroom,students language ratio over 50%, the classroom language silence all under 1%.The mean score of teacher behavior share ratio is 40%,The mean ratio of teachers and students behavior conversion is 35.6%.In 4 lessons, 2 lessons belongs to mixed type teaching mode, 2 lessons belongs to the dialogical teaching mode.20 questionnaires were answered, the response rate was 100%, and 20 questionnaires were valid. 94% of the students think " teaching case teaching model is perfect", 95% of the students said "case teaching model can improve the classroom efficiency". The result of the questionnaire shows that teacher and student have the higher approval and evaluation on the case teaching method.Conclusions1.The result indicated that the plan for composing cases is scientific and effective,and the case database construction efficiency has been improved greatly. We should pay more attention for it.2.The reasonable organization plan can effectively improving the quality of case teaching, nursing graduate case teaching should establish more scientific organization mode of teaching.3.Application of case teaching method in the teaching of the nursing graduate student has obtained the good effection. The construction and application of case library,which is a form to organize teaching resources, is also a hotspot. We need to strengthen the construction of case data in the future. |
