Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone is an important strategic deployment of the Party and the State Council.It has opened a new chapter in the development history of Fujian Province.Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone is a window to Taiwan.Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone can promote economic,social and cultural exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan with its positive “Early and Pilot Implementation” system advantage.It has successfully introduced many outstanding Taiwan's talents to support the construction of Fujian Free Trade Zone.However,the phenomenon of cross-regional labor mobility exists among Taiwan employees,and there are great differences in the basic medical service system and medical insurance system between Fujian and Taiwan.The above-mentioned problems have already prevented Taiwan employees who are employed in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone from enjoying proper basic medical and health services in the process of cross-regional employment in Fujian and Taiwan.Influencing Taiwan employees to achieve basic medical accessibility.This paper focuses on the basic medical accessibility system of Taiwan employees in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone.The key problem of this paper is the basic medical accessibility system of Taiwan employees in the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone.On the premise of respecting the development differences between Fujian and Taiwan,cycle back and forth in theory and practice in order to find out the theoretical basis,realistic dilemma and optimization path of the system.First of all,the historical development and theoretical basis of the basic medical accessibility system are analyzed and combed through the literature analysis.On the basis of explaining the concept of the basic medical accessibility,this paper combs its historical development context.Then it puts forward the theoretical basis of the basic medical accessibility system.Secondly,the application of comparative analysis method is the main analysis content of the basic medical service system and medical insurance system in Fujian and Taiwan.A comparison between the basic medical accessibility in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone and the basic medical accessibility system in Taiwan.This paper aims to explore the possibility of establishing the basic medical accessibility system for Taiwan employees in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone from a comparative perspective.Thirdly,the empirical analysis method is used to investigate Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone on the spot.Case interview and questionnaire survey were adopted to collect the data required by the empirical research in this paper,so as to explore the current situation and dilemma of the basic medical accessibility of Taiwan employees employed in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned theoretical and empirical studies,this paper puts forward a path to optimize the basic medical accessibility system for Taiwan employees in the Fujian Free Trade area.Make clear the principle that this builds this system to follow.In the framework of ECFA,explore ways to integrate the resources of the basic medical service system of Fujian and Taiwan,and actively improve the system of medical insurance connection between Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone and Taiwan.In summary,the study on the basic medical accessibility system of Taiwan employees in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone has strong social and theoretical significance.Actively carrying out the discussion on the basic medical accessibility system of Taiwan employees in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone is not only conducive to achieving the basic medical accessibility for Taiwan employees employed in the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone.It is also helpful to deepen the innovation of the talent guarantee system in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone.Actively promote medical and health cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,and social share security and public resource.In order to realize the goal of the reform of Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone,and form a batch of reform experiences that can be replicated and promoted.
