Research And Application Of The Etiology And Pathogenesis Of Exogenous Fever In "Nei Jing"

Objective:This study intends to summarize the related content of exogenous fever in Neijing,and draw on grounded theoretical qualitative research methods to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever in Neijing.Then compare the inheritance and innovation of the theory of exogenous fever in the Neijing by the representatives of the past generations,in order to improve the etiology and pathogenesis system of exogenous fever.And to explore the application of the theory of exogenous fever in the Neijing in clinical practice,which is supported by evidence in the clinical cases of famous and old Chinese medicine doctors.Contents:This research is mainly divided into three parts:In the first part,based on the theory of exogenous fever in the Neijing,it summarizes the system of the different characteristics of exogenous fever caused by the six evils of the Neijing,temperature and epidemic.It is concluded that the main line of the pathogenesis of exogenous fever in the Neijing is the struggle between healthy qi and evil.On the one hand,it explores the types of exogenous fever based on the changes in the virtual reality in the human body's fight between the healthy qi and evil.On the other hand,according to the different positions of healthy qi and evil contending with evil qi,the disease position of exogenous fever in the Neijing is refined,so that appropriate acupuncture methods and prescription drugs can be selected to accurately guide the treatment of exogenous fever.In the second part,based on the research results of the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever in the Neijing,a comparative study with representative doctors of the past dynasties on the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever is done to improve the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever in the Neijing.In the third part,starting with the academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous Chinese doctors on the treatment of exogenous fever,the clinical medical records of exogenous fever are analyzed and researched.Exploring the clinical thoughts and cases of famous and old Chinese medicine doctors in treating exogenous fever by way of literature research,summarizing the experience and thoughts of famous old Chinese doctors and the characteristics of prescription drugs,and digging out the inheritance and application essence of the classic theoretical knowledge of the Neijing by famous old Chinese doctors,and then guiding the exogenous fever clinical practice.Methods:In this study,for the theoretical knowledge of Neijing about exogenous fever,we mainly use literature research methods and learn from grounded theory to carry out in-depth exploration and system establishment of Neijing literature.Regarding the development and innovation of the theory of exogenous fever in the past dynasties in the Neijing,the literature research method compares the historical viewpoints on exogenous fever with the theory of the Neijing,and then perfects the theoretical system of the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever.Results:(1)Through the theoretical study of exogenous fever in the Neijing,in terms of etiology,it is concluded from the Neijing that the six evils of wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness,and fire,as well as the different natures of heat and epidemics,lead to exopathies.The characteristics of fever are also different:Exogenous fever caused by wind pathogens often has the characteristics of sweating;cold pathogens cause exogenous fever and no sweating.Therefore,cold pathogens are caused by sweating,so that cold pathogens can be relieved from sweat;summer pathogens cause exogenous fever Fever,due to the nature of summer heat,the exogenous fever caused by it is usually characterized by qi deficiency and upset.In addition,in the treatment of exogenous fever caused by different evils,the compatibility of evils needs to be considered.The nature of the pathogenic factors of temperature and disease is different from that of the six evil factors,so the characteristics and prevention of exogenous fever have their particularities.(2)Through the theoretical research on exogenous fever in Neijing,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of exogenous fever in Neijing is the conflict between healthy qi and evil.Starting with the battle between healthy qi and evil,on the one hand,for the treatment of exogenous fever,the human body needs to avoid the invasion of exogenous evil,and more importantly,the role of healthy qi qi should be emphasized.Neijing put forward the view that "keep the healthy qi,and evil cannot violate body" for the prevention and treatment of exogenous fever caused by epidemic pathogens.Therefore,the treatment of exogenous fever needs to pay more attention to the righteousness of the human body and give full play to the characteristic advantages of Chinese medicine in preventing exogenous fever.On the other hand,due to the transmission and degeneration of evil qi,different treatment methods and prescriptions are selected according to the different disease positions of evil qi stagnation.In the exogenous fever caused by the six evils,the cold pathogens are initially confined to the body surface,so the agent of Xin Wen is used to sweat.If the cold evil transforms the heat,and the change is transmitted inside,you need to choose the appropriate prescription for treatment according to the difference between the evil qi in the outside,inside,and half of the outside.Warming xie causes exogenous fever.Due to the special nature of warming xie,it is generally handled from the level of Weiqiyingxue.This also suggests that the level of disease transmission and transformation of evil qi is different.In the Neijing,"the disease lies in the blood,regulates the collaterals;the disease lies in the qi,regulates the guard",and the treatment method chosen is also different due to the disease position.In this way,the treatment of exogenous fever is more precise and the treatment operation is more specific.(3)Based on the research results of the etiology and pathogenesis of fever in the Neijing,in the history of physicians including Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty,Chao Yuanfang and Sun Simiao in the Sui and Tang Dynasties,Liu Wansu,Li Dongyuan and Wang Lv in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and Wu Youxing,Ye Tianshi,and Wu Jutong in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The representative thoughts of those people's exogenous fever were summarized and used to perfect the establishment of the theoretical system of the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever in Neijing.(4)Combining the ideological experience and clinical medical records of the famous Chinese medicine master Zhang Xuewen and the master of Neijing,Professor Wang Hongtu,on the treatment of exogenous fever,the clinical experience of the famous Chinese medicine doctors is summarized from the aspects of ideological viewpoints and theoretical development.Using clinical evidence to support the theory of exogenous fever,Zhang Xuewen concluded that advocated the prominent position of toxins in exogenous fever,and advocated clearing away heat and detoxification to treat fever.Due to the different positions of toxins,the treatment options are different.Wang Hongtu's treatment of refractory exogenous fever is mostly based on the theory of Neijing The clinical application and innovation of the fever theory in the Neijing provide evidence support for the prevention and treatment of exogenous fever by traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:1 It is of great significance for the in-depth study of the etiology of exogenous fever in Traditional Chinese Medicine to summarize the pathogenic factors of exogenous fever in the Neijing.The pathogenesis of exogenous fever in Neijing is summarized as the conflict between healthy qi and evil,and then systematically sorted out and researched.On the one hand,we got the different types of fever caused by the conflict between the right and the evil in the Neijing,and on the other hand the precise treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the different disease position of the exogenous fever in the Neijing.2 Based on the research results of the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous fever in Neijing,compare the development,inheritance and innovation of the representative exogenous fever viewpoints in the past generations to the theory of Neijing,so that the etiology and pathogenesis of fever can be comprehensively elucidated and supplemented.It provides theoretical support for the treatment of exogenous fever and can guide doctors in the clinical work of exogenous fever.3 The experience and theory of the famous old Chinese doctors in the treatment of exogenous fever diseases will be used in the clinical medical records of the famous old Chinese doctors.Summarize the theoretical thoughts and clinical experience of famous TCM doctors,and obtain the theoretical inheritance and innovation of the Neijing in the treatment of exogenous fever during the clinical treatment of exogenous fever,then prove the theory of exogenous fever in the Neijing and the feasibility of applying clinical practice.
