Summary And Collation Of Professor Yao Meiling's Clinical Thinking Of Consultation On Exogenous Fever

Objective:Consultation is "the main point of diagnosis,the first task of clinical treatment".The thought and content of clinical consultation of famous old TCM represents the highest level of current academic and clinical development of TCM.This study is based on the summary and arrangement of academic experience and thinking of famous and old Chinese medicine.In order to improve the effectiveness of syndrome differentiation and treatment,we should observe the disease from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,clarify the thinking of TCM consultation,solve the problem of "asking what to ask" and improve the effectiveness of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:(1)Using the method of literature research,this paper takes the discussion of "asking for diagnosis" and "thinking of inquiry" as the object of study in the literature of previous dynasties.(2)To collect systematic and comprehensive research on Professor Yao Meiling related papers,academic lectures,recording materials,lecture courseware and exogenous fever cases.(3)Based on literature research,combined with expert consultation and clinical case recording,summarizes the academic thoughts and dialectical characteristics of Professor Yao Meiling's diagnosis and treatment of exogenous fever,and then refines the clinical thinking of Professor Yao Meiling's external fever.Results:1.Professor Yao Meiling's idea of asking for exogenous fever is mainly based on the classification of diseases,in which the classification of syndromes is mainly based on the classification of syndromes,supplemented by the classification of diseases,which embodies the idea of combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.It provides a new idea and inspiration for the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases.2.Professor Yao Meiling's academic thought of asking for exogenous fever is mainly based on the evidence of six meridians,the differential diagnosis of TCM symptoms and the differential diagnosis of TCM syndrome,and its syndrome differentiation is based on the differentiation and treatment of exogenous fever by differentiation of symptoms and signs of six meridians.3.Professor Yao Meiling's mainly inquired about fever symptoms,fever syndrome and fever disease from the point of view of fever symptom,fever syndrome and febrile disease.4.Professor Yao Meiling's thinking map of inquiring about the clinical thinking of exogenous fever was preliminarily drawn.Conclusions:1.Professor Yao Meiling's consultation process reflects the comprehensive and systematic consultation,and shows the combination of disease and syndrome,the combination of questions and differentiation,the intertwined diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and the dynamic consultation ideas.2.In the process of clinical consultation,Professor Yao Meiling takes the differential diagnosis of symptoms as the basic focus,the comprehensive and systematic understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and formation of the syndrome,and takes the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease as the necessary supplement.
