Objectives:(1)To understand the AIDS prevention knowledge,awareness/attitude,behavior and sexual health service demand of secondary vocational school students, and analyze the related influencing factors.(2)To understand the AIDS prevention knowledge,awareness/attitude,behavior and sexual health service needs of secondary vocational school students in different cities, and analyze and compare the differences.Method:Using cross-sectional survey method, the secondary vocational schools in Jinan,Guangzhou and Chengdu were classified and the students were selected according to the principle of stratified cluster sampling to carry out a questionnaire survey, according to the principle of information saturation to determine the number of interview staff and students to carry out qualitative interviews. To collect information on AIDS related knowledge, risk behaviors and health service needs of students.Result:(1)Basic information:A total of 6492 secondary vocational school students were investigated in Jinan,Guangzhou and Chengdu,of whom 44.3%(2877/6492)were boys and 55.7%(3615/6492)were girls. The average age was(16.35±1.20)years old, accounting for 98.4%of the students aged 15-19.(2)Overall AIDS prevention and control knowledge, sexual awareness/sexual concept/sexual needs:The overall AIDS prevention knowledge awareness rate is 60.1%,and the awareness rate of secondary vocational students in Chengdu is much higher than that of Jinan and Guangzhou secondary vocational students; The results of multi-factor analysis show that male students, senior students,Han students, and day students,Students from urban households, students whose fathers are in technical secondary school or high school, students from medical and health schools, and students who have participated in courses/activities related to the prevention of AIDS and STDs offered by the school have a higher awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge.Students'sexual health knowledge mainly comes from school sex education(71.5%)and Internet search(60.6%).The results of the interviews showed that most of the students wanted to obtain systematic and professional sex education through school publicity materials/courses/lectures,and most of them would go online first if they need sexual health knowledge temporarily.55.5%of boys and 24.6%of girls can accept premarital sex,16.4%of boys and 2%of girls can accept "one-night stand" or online sex;respectively.56.2%of boys and 16.1%of girls admitted that they have sexual needs.(3)Overall sexual behavior:Among the survey respondents,438 people(6.8%)reported that they had sex,and the condom use rate for the first time among students was 75.8%(332/438);The results of the interview showed that most of the students were self-protective and would use condoms if they had sex.The incidence of male anal sex(including heterosexual sex and homosexual sex)was 4.1%(119/2877).10.5%of the survey respondents have tried to use social software/websites/online games and other online channels to find sexual partners; The results showed that the main online dating channels for students were QQ/Wechat,followed by online games, entertainment software, and very few used MOMO/Tinder and same-sex dating software,Several faculty members interviewed said a small number of students were making friends with strangers through online games. The results of multi-factor analysis show that boys, first grade students, like same-sex students,accept"one-night stands" or "make appointments" on the Internet, have strong sexual needs, have browsed pornographic information on the Internet, and like to use the Internet or mobile phone software to communicate with others the proportion of trying to find sexual partners through the Internet is higher.(4)Overall HIV testing status:71.7%of the survey respondents had heard of HIV testing, and the HIV testing rate for students who had sex was 14.2%(62/438);The results of multi-factor analysis showed that female students, students who knew about AIDS prevention and control, students who had not had sex, students who had heard of HIV testing, students who could not accept "one-night stands" or"interviews" on the Internet,Students who do not agree with having multiple sexual partners at the same time, and students who have not tried to use the Internet to find sexual partners are more willing to test for HIV.(5)The difference of knowledge, attitude, behavior and service demand among secondary vocational school students in three cities:the awareness rates of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among secondary vocational school students in Jinan,Guangzhou and Chengdu were 54.5%(1767/3241),57.5%(1071/1863)and 76.7%(1064/1388)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(?2=206.063,P<0.001);The incidence of sexual behavior was 7.4%(241/3241)in Jinan,5.6%(105/1863)in Guangzhou and 6.6%(92/1388)in Chengdu, with significant difference(?2=6.131,P<0.001).Among the three cities,Jinan has the lowest proportion of secondary vocational students who have participated in the courses and activities related to AIDS and STD prevention offered by schools; The proportion of secondary vocational school students obtaining sexual knowledge through various ways is higher in Chengdu, followed by Guangzhou and the lowest in Jinan. Conclusion:The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among secondary vocational school students in Jinan,Guangzhou and Chengdu is low,and they have dangerous sexual behaviors. The willingness of HIV testing among students is high, but the detection rate among students who have sexual behaviors is low.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge, the occurrence of sexual behavior and the source of sexual health knowledge among secondary vocational school students in different cities are different, and some secondary vocational school students have the phenomenon of separation of knowledge and practice. It is suggested that the work of AIDS prevention and control in secondary vocational schools should improve the weak links according to the situation of different cities, strengthen the training of students' AIDS prevention life skills, and further strengthen the publicity of HIV testing among students with sexual behavior.
