| In recent years,the aging degree of our country's population is deepening,and the current social traditional pension model,because of the unbalanced development,there are problems in the professional and distribution of medical resources.The research object of this paper is Yueqing City,which has gradually developed in recent years.The unique development status can be used as a reference for the research on the mode of combining medical care with pension in China.First of all,this paper combs the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of medical care combined with pension mode,and explains the relevant theory applied in this paper.Then,through empirical investigation and research,with the theory and perspective of public management,objectively and fairly restore the development status of the urban medical and nursing integration model in Yueqing City: in terms of demand,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,we foud that the development of the mode is satisfactory In the aspect of supply,through the published policies,combined with the social environment,this paper studies the low allocation of medical resources and backward service construction in the process of policy implementation.Then,through the analysis of supply and demand,the paper puts forward the conclusion that we should adopt advanced scientific theory guidance at home and abroad to explore the new urban and rural residents' medical insurance and the combination of medical treatment and maintenance,Internet plus medical services,and promote some services and government procurement to serve the elderly.Perfect,can form a good "combination of medical and nursing" atmosphere.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on increasing investment,encouraging talents to be introduced,building teams,promoting new models and building platforms to promote Internet plus,in order to provide pertinent countermeasures for Yueqing's medical support and old-age care. |
