| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Dihuang Yinzi Modified Decoction in the treatment of CKD3-4 renal osteodystrophy with deficiency of both yin and yang and blood stasis,objectively evaluate its effectiveness.Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(30 patients)and Treatment Group(30 patients),all of whom received basic treatment of Western medicine,the control group was given Zhenmushengu Capsule,the treatment group was given Dihuang Yinzi Modified Decoction.The improvement of TCM Syndrome and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment were recorded at 12 weeks,6weeks and 12 weeks respectively,including Ca,P,i PTH,Scr,BUN,BMD(L2-L4)and so on.Results:1.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control Group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes and the scores of various TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After 12 weeks of treatment,Ca,P,i PTH,Scr,BUN,BMD(L2-L4)in both groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Dihuang Yinzi Modified Decoction can improve the level of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,decrease i PTH,improve renal function,and increase lumbar vertebral bone density(L2-L4)in CKD stage 3-4 patients with renal bone disease with deficiency of Yin and Yang and blood stasis,and the improvement of laboratory indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Dihuang Yinzi Modified Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD3-4 stage renal osteopathy of yin-yang deficiency and blood stasis,and the efficacy was significantly better than the control group. |
