| Objective:Compound observation of clinical symptoms Xuanju capsule â…¢ chronic prostatitis (kidney stasis syndrome) patients improved, endocrine hormone levels and affect the outcome of inflammatory factors to explain the mechanism of chronic prostatitis causes and treatment, in order to further evaluate the compound Xuanju the efficacy and safety of capsule.Methods:The 110patients in line â…¢ outpatient chronic prostatitis (kidney stasis syndrome) diagnostic criteria for self controlled in accordance with the method, the compound administered to the patient six weeks Xuanju capsules three times a day, once a three tablets treatment. By observed before and after treatment, the total efficiency, NIH-CPSI score, TCM kidney stasis syndrome symptom scores, EPS in the white blood cell count, International Index of Erectile Function score, serum testosterone, free testosterone, Interleukin 8,10 case to illustrate effect and mechanism of this type of compound Xuanju capsule treatment of chronic prostatitis and record adverse reactions during treatment.Results:Recovered five cases (4.85%) were cured,52 cases (50.49%), effective 35 cases (33.98%),11 cases (10.68%), the total efficiency of 89.32%.
