Compound Luteng Jiangya Tablets For The Treatment Of Early-stage Hypertension With Yin Deficiency, Impotence, Impotence And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To study clinical effects of compound uncaria hypotensive tablet in the treatment of early renal damage in hypertension of complex syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: Select 60 cases of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular and Geriatric Medicine in-patients with early renal damage in hypertension of complex syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency and blood stasis from The first affiliated hospital of Hunan university of Traditional Chinese medicine from February 1st 2016 to December 31 st 2016 as the main observation object.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given compound uncaria hypotensive tablet,and the control group was give Irbesartan tablet.Observed the changes of clinical symptoms,blood pressure and laboratory indexes of early renal damage in two groups after 4 weeks.Then collecting data,and using SPSS software statistical analysis.Results: After treatment,in the aspect of TCM symptom improvement,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups all decreased,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was 76.67% in the treatment group,so was 53.33% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).In the antihypertensive treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,so was 84.33 in the control group.There was not a significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The mean systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were decreased in the two groups.There was not a significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The two groups can reduce the dynamic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the standard deviation of ambulatory blood pressure.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The treatment group also lowered the coefficient of blood pressure variability.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The two groups can lower urine mAlb,urine beta 2-MG and urine NAG levels.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusions: Treatment of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency and blood stasis type of early renal damage of hypertension,The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms,stable blood pressure,improving blood pressure variability,reducing urinary mAlb,urinary beta 2-MG and NAG.Compound Uncaria hypotensive tablets can effectively lower the blood pressure stable,and has the advantage of protecting the kidney.
