Myopia is a refractive error of the eye in which far vision is reduced and near vision is normal.The characteristics of this disease are similar to the traditional Chinese medicine "Nengjin Quyuan".Too long anteroposterior diameter of the eyeball,too much corneal refractive power or too much crystal refractive power can cause myopia.In the process of refraction development most people are born with low hyperopia of+1.50?+2.00D.With the growth,the comeal curvature is gradually flattened,the eye axis is gradually lengthened,and emmetropia is gradually completed at school age.The critical period of visual development is 0-3 years old,and the sensitive period is 0-12 years old.During this period,healthy eye use habits,eye illumination intensity,posture,duration,eye exercises,and outdoor exercise all have important effects on visual development.Myopia is teenagers with the highest incidence of refractive errors,early onset of present age,progress is fast,the trend of the deep,serious impact on the adolescents' learning life,as the diopter deepening,myopia related complications such as amblyopia,strabismus,cataract,glaucoma,macular hole,increased risk of diseases such as retinal detachment,resulting in progressive damage to visual function,severe cases can cause blindness.The causes of the formation of myopia is more complex,at present there are two categories in the medical community recognized,namely,genetic factors and environmental factors,in addition,the education factor is an important factor in recent years,such as long distance reading or the use of electronic products,the lack of outdoor activities,inappropriate glasses luminosity correct adjustment can be nervous eyes cannot be effectively relax,Lead to adjustment paralysis,adjustment of the far point gradually moved closer.In terms of treatment,it is mainly divided into lens correction,drug treatment,surgery treatment,acupuncture and massage and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Modern pharmacology found that walnut shell with walnut shell adsorption,anti-tumor,antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-aging and other effects,walnut moxibustion therapy can reduce inflammation and pain,improve blood circulation,nutrition,adjust the function of viscera meridians,with the fumigation of liquid Chinese medicine,to relieve visual fatigue,improve the purpose of vision.Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of walnut moxibustion in preventing and controlling adolescent myopia,to evaluate the role of walnut moxibustion in preventing and controlling adolescent myopia and delaying the development of adolescent myopia,to standardize the technical operation of walnut moxibustion in treating adolescent myopia,and to provide a safe,effective and simple treatment method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics for clinical application.Methods:84 cases(168 eyes)of myopic young patients in the ophthalmological outpatient department of Guang 'anmen Hospital and Kuanjie Hospital were observed.According to the principle of randomized controlled clinical trial,the patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:42 cases(84 eyes)in the treatment group were treated with walnut moxibustion combined with basic treatment,and 42 cases(84 eyes)in the control group were treated with basic treatment.The patients' naked visual acuity,refraction,corneal curvature and axis were evaluated before and after treatment,as well as the improvement of visual fatigue before and after treatment.The observation results were statistically processed,and the conclusion was finally drawn.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,naked visual acuity,refraction,axis,corneal curvature and visual fatigue symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was comparability between the two groups.2.Nude visual acuity:P>0.05 between the two groups before and after treatment,with no statistically significant difference.Although there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,most visual acuity in the treatment group was stable or improved after treatment,while most visual acuity in the control group was decreased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The refraction before paralysis and after paralysis:the comparison between the walnut moxibustion group and the treatment group showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the refraction was stable during the observation period.In the control group,both the adjusted and paralytic diopters were compared(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant,indicating that the myopia diopter increased significantly under observation.After treatment,the comparison between groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Axis and corneal curvature:the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed P bB0 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Refractive difference before and after paralysis:the refractive difference before and after paralysis in the treatment group decreased,and the comparison before and after treatment was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The>0.05 in the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical significance.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Visual fatigue symptom score:comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,P>0.05 in the control group and P<0.05 in the treatment group;After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of walnut moxibustion group(54%)was better than that of basic group(18%),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.7.The treatment group was better than the control group(42.9%,31.0%,25.0%)in stabilizing and improving naked visual acuity,adjusting diopter and paralyzing diopter(96.4%,94.0%,88.1%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Walnut moxibustion can improve and stabilize the naked eye vision of adolescents with mild to moderate simple myopia to a certain extent;2.Walnut moxibustion can delay the refraction progress of adolescents with mild to moderate simple myopia to a certain extent;3.Walnut moxibustion has no significant effect on the ocular axis and corneal curvature of adolescents with mild to moderate simple myopia;4.Walnut moxibustion can relieve or even eliminate the adjustment of tension in young people with mild to moderate simple myopia.5.Walnut moxibustion can relieve the symptoms of visual fatigue in young people with mild to moderate simple myopia to a certain extent.6.Walnut moxibustion treatment has high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.Significance:Walnut moxibustion can be used as a prevention and control method for youth myopia,early prevention and treatment,delay the development of the disease,mild effect,no pain,easy to accept,no side effects,cheap and effective,simple and easy to operate,patients can be guided at home treatment.
