Clinical Observation Of Self-made Huacao Xiefei Decoction Combined With Bai Ruiqing Antibacterial Spray In The Treatment Of Malassezia Folliculitis

BackgroundMalassezia folliculitis is a clinically common skin disease.The most common group is adolescents.It is mainly manifested as hemispherical shiny red papules or pustules,accompanied by varying degrees of itching pain.In recent years,social environmental pollution and changes in diet,in addition,repeated use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants have led to a very high incidence of the disease.Although the disease is less harmful than medical diseases,it is prone to recurring attacks.At the same time,because its appearance and clinical manifestations are very similar to acne,it is easy to be misdiagnosed without laboratory examination,and improper treatment or mistreatment may be left behind.Under pigmentation and scars,the patient's psychological stress is aggravated,which has a negative impact on the patient's physical and mental health and quality of life.At present,the clinical treatment of this disease is mainly oral and topical antifungal drugs,which have a long treatment time and are expensive.The side effects are obvious,and the drug resistance is easy to produce.With the development of society and the improvement of modern medicine,people have put forward higher requirements for the treatment of this disease,and individualized treatment has emerged.Therefore,we need to give full play to the advantages of the traditional medicine of the motherland and treat patients based on syndrome differentiation to minimize the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life.ObjectivesTo observe the effectiveness and safety of self-made Huacao Xiefei Decoction combined with Boruiqing antibacterial spray on malassezia folliculitis with heat accumulating in the lungs and stomach;and compare the TCM syndrome scores,skin lesion changes before and after treatment.The quality of living environment of skin diseases was scored,and the advantages of self-made Huacao Xiefei Decoction combined with Bai Ruiqing antibacterial spray in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis with heat accumulation in lung and stomach were demonstrated.MethodsIn this study,a randomized controlled trial was used to randomly divide the patients with malassezia folliculitis in the lungs and stomachs that meet the criteria of intake and discharge into a test group and a control group.Both groups were given oral self-made Huacao Xiefei Decoction.The test group was externally treated with Boruiqing TM skin antibacterial spray,and the control group was treated with 1%bifonazole solution for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,skin lesion changes scores,and skin disease quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Record and evaluate.Results1.Among the 50 patients collected,1 cases fell off in the experimental group and 5 cases fell off in the control group.A total of 44 effective cases were included.The two groups are comparable in general data such as gender,age,course of disease,and skin lesion score before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the test group was 95.83%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.00%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and quality of life for skin diseases in the test group and the control group were lower than before,the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the skin lesions of the test group and the control group were compared.After 1 course of treatment(2 weeks),the skin lesions of the two groups were improved(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement(P>0.05);after 2 courses of treatment(4 weeks),the skin lesions of the two groups were improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of the test group was more significant than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionOral self-made Huacao Xiefei Decoction combined with Boruiqing antibacterial spray has a definite effect in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.The improvement of skin lesion symptoms after 2 courses of treatment is significantly better than that of the control group,and it has better long-term effects.
