| Methods: According to the random number table,74 cases of Malassezia folliculitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Shuanghua Decoction,Decoction of dermatophyte lotion and sertaconazole nitrate cream(10g/0.2g/Zhilingqi)twice a day,while the treatment group was treated with fire needle once a week on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3weeks.After the treatment,the improvement of the scores of conscious symptoms and skin lesions was observed and recorded,and the adverse reactions and recurrences of the two groups were evaluated objectively.Results: In this study,74 patients with Malassezia folliculitis were enrolled,39 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.The basic data of sex,age,course of disease and frequency of skin lesion distribution between the two groups were statistically compared(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference and comparability.Curative effect comparison: The cure rate of the control group and the treatment group were11.43% and 33.33% respectively,and the total effective rate were 88.57% and 100.00%respectively.The scores of skin lesions before treatment and after treatment in the control group were 2.92(+1.24),1.31(+0.82),0.40(+0.55)and 0.03(+0.17)respectively.The scores of skin lesions and self-conscious symptoms before and after treatment in the control group were statistically analyzed(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesions in the treatment group were 3.56(+1.64)before treatment,0.82(+0.68)after treatment,0.64(+0.71)before treatment and 0.10(+0.31)after treatment.The scores of skin lesions and conscious symptoms in the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically analyzed(P<0.05).The difference of skin lesion score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically analyzed(P < 0.05);the difference of conscious symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically analyzed(P >0.05);and the difference of total score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically analyzed(P < 0.05).Four patients in the treatment group had poor pain tolerance during acupuncture.The experiment was completed after communication.Noadverse reactions were found in the control group.One month after the end of treatment,the patients were followed up.In the control group,4 cases were cured and 1 case recurred,with a recurrence rate of 25.0%.In the treatment group,13 cases were cured and2 cases recurred,with a recurrence rate of 15.38%(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Combination of fire needle therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of Malassezia folliculitis;(2)Both groups have curative effect in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis;(2)Combination of fire needle therapy has advantages in improving skin lesions;(3)Fire needle therapy has tolerable pain in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis,without other adverse effects.Reaction,high safety.In summary,the combination of fire needle therapy for Malassezia folliculitis can achieve better clinical efficacy,which is worthy of widespread clinical application. |
