| Objective Explore Yiqi Shengjin Powder fluid dispersion stability of T2DM with SAP in patients with HRV,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome integral,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,FPG,GAL,changes of HbAlc,BMI and SPISE-IR index.Methods In this study,46 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from the cardiovascular ward and outpatient department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Capital Medical University on November 1,2020 and March 10,2021 by a randomized,single-blind,placebos-control method.46 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n?24)and the placebo group(n?22).The experimental group received Yiqi Shengjin Powder combined with standardized treatment of Western medicine,and the placebo group received Yiqi Shengjin Powder combined with standardized treatment of Western medicine.Compare two groups before and after 30 days treatment HRV?Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome integral?TC?TG?HDL?LDL?FPG?GAL?HbAic?BMI?SPISE-IR.Results There were no significant differences in age,sex,history of T2DM and SAP,and the therapeutic indicators observed before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the trial group was comparable with the placebo group.In terms of HRV,there were significant differences in SDNN and HRV triangle index in the trial group before and after treatment(P<0.05).RMSDD,PNN50 and HRV triangulation index in placebo group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).SDNN,SDANN,rMSDD,PNN50 and HRV triangulation indexes in the trial group and the placebo group showed no significant differences after treatment(P>0.05).Yiqi Shengjin Powder combined with standardized Western medicine treatment and placebo combined with standardized Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of T2DM patients with Qi and Yin deficiency combined with SAP.Compared with placebo,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total response rate of experimental group was higher than that of placebo group(66.67%>9.1%),the total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TC,HDL and LDL in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in TG between before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,TG,HDL and LDL in placebo group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,TG,HDL and LDL between the experimental group and the placebo group after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of blood glucose,there were significant differences in FPG,GAL and HbA1c in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment in the placebo group,the difference between FPG and GAL groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in HbAic in placebo group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with placebo group,FPG,GAL and HbA1c in experimental group were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).BMI,there was no significant difference between the trial group and the placebo group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the placebo group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the SPISE-IR index between the experimental group and the placebo group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the SPISE-IR index between the test group and the placebo group after 30 days of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shengjin Powder can improve the levels of SDNN and HRV triangle index.Yiqi Shengjin Powder can improve the clinical symptoms of T2DM with SAP with Qi and Yin deficiency.Yiqi Shengjin Powder can reduce the levels of FPG,GAL and HbA 1c in T2DM with SAP.Objective To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Shengjin Powder in the treatment of T2DM with C HD by network pharmacology.Methods Screening the effective chemical components of Yiqi Shengjin Powder and its target,T2DM with CHD related target.The String system was used to construct PPI network for the common targets of Yiqi Shengjin Powder and T2DM with CHD,and Cytoscape3.7.2 software was used to construct the interaction network diagram of TCM chemical components and targets,and the key components and core targets of Yiqi Shengjin Powder acting on T2DM with CHD were screened out.The functions and signaling pathways of the core target genes were analyzed by David database.Constructing key chemical components-core target-signal pathway network.Results A total of 82 active chemical components of Yiqi Shengjin Powder,25 chemical components of Panax quatifolium,12 chemical components of Astragalus membranaceus,1 chemical component of Radix Polygonati Officinalis,6 chemical components of Radix Ophiopogonis,2 chemical components of Dendrobium dendrobium,2 chemical components of Fructus flocculata,4 chemical components of Radix Scrophulariae,and 33 chemical components of Amothecum mori were selected by Batman-TCM database.1 kind of Chinese wolfberry chemical composition.There were 4 kinds of repeated chemical components.A total of 469 predicted targets were obtained,and a total of 187 targets were obtained when the target genes of T2DM with CHD were intersected.A total of 269 nodes were obtained in the interaction network of TCM chemical compositions and action targets,including 187 action targets,82 active chemical compositions of Yiqi Shengjin Powder and 710 lines.42 key components and 33 core targets were screened out.GO enrichment analysis and KEEG pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the core targets using David database.A total of 21 biological processes(BP),7 cellular components(CC)and 18 molecular functions(MF)were involved in GO enrichment analysis.Through KEEG pathway analysis,the core target of Yiqi Shengjin Powder acting on T2DM with CHD acted on 8 pathways.Conclusion Yiqi Shengjin Powder is closely related to cAMP signaling pathway,purine metabolism,tyrosine metabolism and glycolysis in the treatment of T2DM with CHD. |
