Clinical Study On Yiqi Yangyin Plus Huatan Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease And Type2 Diabetes Mellitus After PCI

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Tongluo Reci Pe on Patients with coronary heart disease com Plicated with T2 DM after PCI,to evaluate its effect on clinical efficacy and quality of life,risk factors,inflammatory indicators and other related objective indicators,and to ex Plore the main mechanism of the Prescri Ption.Method: from October 2018 to October 2020,hos Pitalized Patients with CHD com Plicated with T2 DM and PCI were collected.The corres Ponding inclusion,exclusion and exclusion criteria were established,and the eligible Patients were selected.At first,90 Patients were selected,including 3 Patients who refused stent im Plantation,4 Patients who sto PPed taking traditional Chinese medicine,and 3Patients who failed to review after 8 weeks.Finally,80 cases were selected and randomly divided into a Treatment grou P(Chinese medicine + Western medicine grou P).And a control grou P(Western medicine grou P).There were 40 cases in each of the two grou Ps,and the general conditions of the two grou Ps were com Parable.Results: 1.Com Parison of TCM syndrome and angina Pectoris: After 8 weeks,the sym Ptoms of angina Pectoris in the two grou Ps were significantly relieved,and the sym Ptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were greatly im Proved.After the rank sum test between the two grou Ps,P<0.05,in general,the traditional Treatment grou P has better curative effect.2.The quality of life and ECG were com Pared: after 8 weeks,the quality of life of the two grou Ps im Proved significantly.ECG was im Proved com Pared with the former grou P.The rank sum test showed P<0.05,indicating that there is a difference between the two grou Ps,so the Treatment grou P has better curative effect.3.NT-ProBNP com Parison: There was no significant change in NT-ProBNP in the two grou Ps after PCI,and there was no difference between the grou Ps.After 8 weeks,both grou Ps of NT-ProBNP decreased significantly,but com Pared to the traditional Treatment grou P,NT-ProBNP decreased more significantly.4.Com Parison of LDL-C,Hcy and cTnI: After the o Peration,the levels of LDL-C,Hcy and cTnI did not change significantly(P<0.05).After 8 weeks,the levels of LDL-C,Hcy,and cn I decreased significantly.The intra-grou P com Parison(P<0.01)indicates that there is a curative effect.In addition to cTnI,there were significant differences in the levels of LDL-C and Hcy between grou Ps(P<0.01).The curative effect of TCM grou P was better.There was no significant difference in the overall level of cTnI(P=0.241>0.05).The reason for this result may be that in normal humans,the content of cTnI is low,so the two grou Ps of cTnI levels fluctuate within a small range.The difference is small,so there is no significant statistical change.5.Com Parison of hs-CRP: There was no significant change in hs-CRP level between the two grou Ps after o Peration and before o Peration.After 8 weeks,there was a significant difference between the two grou Ps(P<0.05).The hs-CRP level of the two grou Ps decreased significantly,but the Treatment grou P had a higher effect.Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin,Huatan Tongluo Decoction can im Prove the TCM sym Ptoms of coronary heart disease com Plicated with ty Pe 2 diabetes mellitus after PCI,can significantly relieve the sym Ptoms of angina Pectoris,im Prove myocardial ischemia,im Prove the ECG condition,and im Prove the quality of life.At the same time,it can reduce the Patient’s NT-ProBNP,LDL-C,Hcy,cTnI and hs-CRP levels,and these indicators will be abnormally increased when the myocardium is injured.Combined detection can Predict cardiovascular disease.The Prescri Ption can relieve the sym Ptoms of Patients as a whole,im Prove the quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical a PPlication.
