Observation On The Curative Effect Of Wound Healing After Flushing Perianal Necrotizing Fasciitis With Compound Qinbo Granules

Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound Qinbai granule on wound washing after necrotizing fasciitis operation.Methods: A total of 32 patients with necrotizing fasciitis who met the inclusion criteria were included in the experiment by completely randomized control method.They were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,with 16 cases in each group.All patients in the two groups received emergency surgery,and the operation method was unified as "open window drainage with closed tube drainage".All patients underwent surgical dressing change from the first day after surgery.The wound was rinsed by metronidazole injection in the control group,and rinsed by compound Qinbai granule in the treatment group.The course of treatment was 28 days.To two groups of postoperative 1,7,14,21 days the drainage of the wound and the pain of comparison,at the same time,7,14,21,28 days after surgery were observed two groups of granulation tissue growth and wound healing rate,and two groups of rotten meat falls off with the fact records and wound healing time completely,evaluating the drugs and methods for the disease that can guarantee security.Based on observation,statistics and analysis of the data to draw conclusions.Results: There was no significant difference in general data of the 32 patients(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in wound effusion and pain scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P BBB>05).The improvement of pain and reduction of wound effusion in the treatment group on the 7th,14 th and21st day were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the growth of granulation tissue and the rate of wound healing between the two groups on the 7th day after surgery(P > 0.05).On the 14 th,21st and28 th day after surgery,the growth of granulation tissue and the rate of wound healing in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The time of carrion shedding and wound healing in treatment group were shorter than those in control group(P < 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: The application of compound Qinbai granules in wound surface after necrotizing fasciitis surgery shows that,on the one hand,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients,and on the other hand,it can show significant effect in reducing wound exuperation.In addition,by effectively promoting the growth of granulation tissue,the wound healing rate was greatly improved.This formula plays an indispensable role in shortening the time of decaying flesh and wound healing,and no obvious adverse reactions were found during the whole experimental drug use process,providing a safe and effective treatment method for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
