Objective:Compound QingBai Granules (CQBG)was proved to have a good clinical curative effect on treating pain, inflamation, edema and on enhancing wounds healing after operation of hemorrhoids and anal fistula. The effect is closely related to clearing away heat and drying dampness as well as promoting flow of qi and activating the blood , From molecule level ,the subject further studied enhancing wounds healing?s mechanism of CQBG, to provide more advanced and fully theoretical basis for its development and application.Methods:We observate effect of wounds healing of 90 clinical patients. What抯 more, observate that CQBG affect epidemal growth factor (EGF) coming from rats wounds. At the same time, we make pathologic sections of rats wounds.Result:1 .CQBG can enhance the level of EGF in wounds, so it can enhance wounds epidamalizing and accelarating wounds healing,2.CQBG can enhance microvascular in granulation tissue. Conclusion: The one of mechanisms of CQBG effecting wounds healing are it enhance the level of EGF in wounds.
