Objective:The influence of infection sources, systemic diseases, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and antibiotic use before admission on the length of stay in patients with necrotizing fasciitis of the neck was retrospectively analyzed.Summarize treatment experience, strengthen the awareness of health care and disease prevention, and promote relevant health publicity. To provide a new reliable basis for the treatment of patients, for the reduction of morbidity, mortality, reduce the length of stay to provide scientific reference. Methods:The clinical medical records of 30 patients with CNF admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to November 2019 were collected and sorted out.The clinical data were sorted out,and the patients were divided into the long-stay group(?20d)and the short-stay group(<19d).The relationship between clinical characteristics, prehospital antibiotic use, source of infection, systemic disease, treatment and length of stay in the two groups of patients was analyzed and studied by statistical method of retrospective analysis. Results:There were 30 patients with CNF,including 17 males(56.7%)and 13 females(43.3%).The age ranges from 22 to 82 years old,and the most common age ranges from 51 to 65 years old. There were significant differences in age(Z=-2.595,P=0.009),diabetes mellitus(Z=-213,P=0.033),and hyperbaric oxygen therapy(Z=-2.953,P=0.003)between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender, prehospital antibiotic use,and infection source factors. There was a significant correlation between hospital stay and age, diabetes and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the two groups, and there was a positive correlation between age, diabetes and hospital stay, while there was a negative correlation between hyperbaric oxygen therapy and hospital stay.Multifactor logistics regression analysis showed that age, diabetes and hyperbaric oxygen therapy were independent risk factors for patients' hospitalization timing, but hyperbaric oxygen therapy was a protective factor(B=-4.463,P=0.012).Conclusion: 1.The age of patients significantly affects the therapeutic effect and length of stay, suggesting that clinical workers should be alert to elderly CNF patients.2.Active blood glucose control can effectively reduce the prevalence of CNF and shorten the hospitalization time of CNF patients.3.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has certain significance in wound recovery and shortening hospital stay, which is worth learning from.
