Objective: To investigate the clinical features, treatment and prognostic factors of patients with necrotizing fasciitis and provide references for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation. Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with necrotizing fasciitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of New Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. The differences of clinical factors between the survival group and the death group were analyzed. The possible factors influencing prognosis were analyzed. At the same time, compared with the unused negative pressure drainage Equipment group clinical results to explore whether the recommended use of negative pressure drainage equipment. Results: There was a significant difference between the survival group and the death group in the incidence of admission to hospital(P=0.001),LRINEC score(P=0.02),the proportion of septic shock patients(P=0.004)and serum albumin(P=0.003).The average length of stay(P=0.01),ICU average days of hospitalization(P<0.001),the average frequency of dressing changes(P<0.001)were significantly different between the patients used and unused vacuum drainage equipment. The mortality,The incidence of septic shock and hospitalization costs were not statistically different? Conclusion: Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare, critically ill, high mortality rate.Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment may improve clinical outcomes,LRINEC score for the diagnosis and prognosis can play a reference, the use of negative pressure drainage equipment can reduce the number of patients dressing, shorten the length of stay in hospital and ICU length of stay without increasing patient hospitalization Cost, but had no significant effect on patient mortality and the incidence of septic shock.
