Objective: To observe and evaluate the Immediate pain relief of auricular acupuncture on the early moderate after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, with the aim of finding a quick and effective analgesic method. Methods: A total of 90 patients with moderate to severe anal pain within five days after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were selected and randomly divided into three groups(n=30).Group A was treated with auricular acupuncture(TF4?AT4?HX5?AH6a),Group B was treated with Ibuprofen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets orally. In group C,auricular acupuncture and Ibuprofen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets orally. Before treatment,5 minutes of treatment,10 minutes of treatment,30 minutes of treatment,60 minutes of treatment,90 minutes of treatment, the all pain scores(VAS)and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:(1)The VAS scores of 5 minutes of treatment,10 minutes of treatment,30 minutes of treatment,60 minutes of treatment,90 minutes of treatment in group A were compared with the VAS score before treatment in group A,all showed p<0.05;(2)There was no difference in the VAS scores of group B before treatment,5 minutes and10 minutes of treatment,p>0.05;The VAS score at 30 minutes of treatment,60 minutes of treatment,90 minutes of treatment were compared with the VAS before treatment, both showed p<0.05;(3)The VAS scores of 5 minutes of treatment,10 minutes of treatment,30 minutes of treatment,60 minutes of treatment,90 minutes of treatment in group B were compared with the VAS score before treatment in group B,all showed p<0.05;(4)Reduction of VAS score at each treatment time compared with before treatment,at 5 minutes of treatment,10 minutes of treatment,30 minutes of treatment,60 minutes of treatment in group A and group B,there were statistical significance,p<0.05;there was no statistical difference in the reduction range of 90 minutes of treatment between the two groups,p>0.05.There was no statistical difference in the reduction range of 5 minutes of treatment and 10 minutes of treatment between group A and group C,p>0.05.The reduction of VAS in group C for30 minutes,60 minutes, and 90 minutes were significantly different from those of A and B groups,p<0.05.Conclusion: For patients with moderate to severe anal pain in the early stage of mixed hemorrhoid surgery and requiring immediate analgesia, auricular acupuncture can achieve obvious immediate analgesic effect, and oral Ibuprofen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets can enhance this effect, and the method has no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
