Objective:Through combing and summarizing the related theories,prescriptions and accompanying medical records of the differentiation and treatment of asthma(syndrome)written by the modern medical expert Zhang Xichun,and combining with the related literature of modern asthma treatment,this paper makes an in-depth study of Zhang Xichun's academic thoughts,formulation methods and medication characteristics in the treatment of asthma(syndrome),in order to broaden the clinical thinking and improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of asthma(syndrome).Methods:1.Summing up and sorting out the provisions,medical cases and prescriptions addition and subtractions for the treatment of asthma as the main symptom in Zhang Xichun's Book of Medicine,and elaborating the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma syndrome(disease),principles and methods of treatment,composition of prescriptions and other factors,and analyzing Zhang's thoughts on the treatment of asthma.2.The "recorded in medical applications and the west," to treat asthma and establish the database,the formulas by use of statistical software analysis zhang treat asthma(disease)of commonly used drugs,medicine and medicine group,on the operation of the zhang,summarized the characteristic of drugs and prescriptions of discussion,study the zhang treat asthma(disease)formula and drug compatibility features.Results:1.Etiology and pathogenesis: Zhang Xichun believed that the etiology of asthma(syndrome)was mainly divided into exogenous causes and internal injuries;The pathogenesis mainly includes:(1)"adverse vomiting and inhalation",that is,"unable to accept the breath and it is difficult to breathe".(2)"atmospheric depression" is also "zong qi depression",that is,"the breath in the chest that stimulates breathing is trapped in the viscera below the diaphragm and it is difficult to breathe out".The disease site involves lung,heart,liver,kidney,spleen and stomach,and chong qi.2.Treatment methods: put forward eight treatment methods,respectively: "lung and asthma method","Yin and Qi nourishing method","Qi collecting and removing method","Qi regulating and lowering inverse method","spleen and phlegm strengthening method","Yang warming and phlegm drinking method","blood activating and qi regulating method","atmosphere raising and tonifying method",and created corresponding representative prescriptions.3.Medication characteristics: Among the self-designed prescriptions for asthma treatment,drugs to tonify deficiency are the most used,drugs to tonify qi,blood and Yin are the main ones,and drugs to collect astringent medicine,gold and stone drugs and mandala have their own characteristics.Yam,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae and Radix Licorice were the most frequent drugs.The main medicinal properties were cold and warm,followed by plain.The main drug channel was lung channel,followed by kidney channel and stomach channel.Conclusion:1.Understanding of etiology and pathogenesis: Based on summarizing predecessors and combining with his own clinical experience,Zhang Xichun put forward a variety of characteristic thoughts,mainly involving the dispositions of zang fu organs and the elevation of qi mechanism.2.In terms of asthma treatment methods: 8 asthma treatment methods were put forward,and the central idea of asthma treatment was to nourish the spleen and stomach of the middle jiao,restore the rise and fall of qi mechanism and adjust the deficiency of the five zang organs.3.Medication characteristics: Zhang's formulations are simple in drug use,less in drug use and specific in drug use,and they are based on the ancient and not the ancient.They are flexible in application and flexible in modification of classical formulations.
