| Objective: The domestic research about Zhang Xichun's academic thinking is mostly on the medical and Miscellaneous Diseases, it hopes that we can fill the blank of the Hanwen thought to further enhance the external sense of disease and clinical application of theoretical knowledge. The author wants to provide new ideas on building systematic exogenous disease system through the study of the subject.Methods: This paper systematically organizes the theories about Zhang Xichun's academic thinking of the Hanwen, clarifies the views of the Hanwen on Zhang's theory, and reaches to the conclusion.Results: Through the research about Zhang Xichun's academic thinking of the Hanwen, his academic thinking of the Hanwen can be re-recognized by clinical doctors and better guide clinical treatment in today's febrile diseases. And the author stresses on the clarify of the Shanghan and the Wenbing's difference on the nature of disease, and on the inspiration of building the system of Chinese medicine exopathic disease from Zhang Xichun's academic thinking about liujing system uniting the Hanwen.Conclusion: Hanwen unity lacks of steady base. Now we can use "Chinese exopathic disease" instead of "shanghan" disease."Chinese exopathic disease"includes Differential Treatment System of liujing, weiqiyingxie and sanjiao. |
