Clinical Study Of Gupi Xiaoji Recipe Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Objective: The study preliminarily evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Gupi Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer,so as to provide reference for its clinical application.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,48 patients were divided into two groups.Among them,24 patients treated with Gupi Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy were in the experimental group,and 24 patients treated with chemotherapy alone were in the control group.The tumor size,PFS,KPS score,TCM syndrome and safety of the two groups were evaluated,and the factors influencing the survival time of the patients were analyzed by univariate analysis and Cox multivariate regression model.Results:(1)In the evaluation of solid tumor curative effect,the disease control rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)in terms of physical condition and TCM syndrome,the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of physical condition(P < 0.05),and the evaluation of TCM syndrome curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)(3)in terms of PFS,the experimental group(141.1667 ± 16.75079 days)was better than the control group(92.7500 ± 13.56943 days),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);PFS univariate analysis showed that the treatment mode and age had a significant impact on PFS(P < 0.05)The multivariate Cox regression model analysis showed that treatment and age were the main factors affecting PFS,and the risk model was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)In terms of safety evaluation,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:(1)Gupi Xiaoji Formula combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer can delay tumor progression;(2)Gupi Xiaoji Formula combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer can improve patients' PFS;(3)Gupi xiaoji prescription combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
