Clinical Research On The Effect Of Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction Combined With S-1 On Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux After Carcinectomy Of Cardia Cancer Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And Counter-flowing Qi Syndrome

Object:Observation on improvement of gastroesophageal reflux clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy is focused when different prescriptions are applied.One is S-1 chemotherapy with Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction,and the other S-1 chemotherapy only.Simultaneously,level of tumor marker,cellular immune function index,changes of physical status score and poisonous side reaction are compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Theoretical and clinical basis is expected to provide to gastroesophageal reflux treatment after cardia cancer operation,which has a significant influence on research on safer and more effective anti-cancer medicine.Methods:In clinical research,60 patients are devided randomly and aqually into two groups who are after cardiac cancer operation and diagnosed spleen and stomach deficiency and counter-flowing Qi syndrome with gastroesophageal reflux symptoms.Test group(30 patients)is designed to receive the treatment of Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction and omeprazole with S-1 chemotherapy,while control group omeprazole with S-1 chemotherapy only.One treatment cycle contains 6 weeks and 4 cycles are required.Symptom grading quantization table of spleen and stomach deficiency and counter-flowing Qi syndrome in cardiac cancer and endoscopy classification table are taken as major tools.And clinical efficacy is judged by common clinical indicators and safety requirements.Results:By analyzing 55 examples(5 missing),it is obviously found that the group in chemotherapy with Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction displays statistical difference(P<0.05)in acid flux,heartburn,sternal pain,bad breath and bloating when comparing with the group in chemotherapy only,as well as esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy.Highly statistical significant difference(P<0.01)is displayed in nausea,vomit and fatigue.In addition,statistical difference(P<0.05)is showed in reducing level of tumor marker,enhancing cellular immunefunction,improving physical status and extenuating poisonous side reaction during chemotherapy.Conclusion:Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction is capable of improving gastroesophageal reflux of patients with cardia cancer after operation during S-1 chemotherapy,making the quality of life better,and enhancing immunity with high stability.Therefore,Yiqi Hejiang Xiaoji Decoction worth promoting application in clinical application.
