| Objective: To explore the effect of Yiqi Shengqing Method on proteinuria in patients with stage IV type 2 diabetic nephropathy(spleen and kidney qi deficiency),and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Shengqing method in the treatment of such patients.Methods: A total of 60 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Shengqing Formula formulated according to the method of Yiqi Shengqing on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The relevant data indicators before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.result:1.After the total course of treatment,the treatment group has an effective rate of 76.70% and the control group has an effective rate of 53.30%.The clinical comprehensive curative effect treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After the total course of treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After the total course of treatment,the quantification of 24 h urine protein in both groups improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.After the total course of treatment,Scr,BUN,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).HDL-C in the treatment group improved compared with before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the change in HDL-C before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Patients with stage IV type 2 diabetic nephropathy(spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome)treated with the method of replenishing qi and promoting clearing can greatly reduce the content of protein in the urine,and also have good benefits in terms of blood sugar,blood lipids,and the deterioration of kidney function The effect is better than the pure western medicine group.In addition,this approach also helps to reduce the patient's clinical symptoms and enhance confidence in follow-up treatment.2.The Yiqi Shengqing formula(pills)selected according to the method of Yiqi Shengqing has not been found to have any clear pharmacological toxic and side effects affecting the human body.It is safe and effective and can be widely used in clinical treatment and in-depth research in the future. |
