ObjectiveAnimal experiments and clinical trials are the two associated parts o f the experiment. In the animal experiment. Our objective is to observed th e effects of Jiangzuo She.ngqing Particles on the rats with postoperative fatigue(POFS)and to study its anti-fatigue mechanism. In the clinical stu dy.Our objiective is to test and verify the effects of the medicine on pa tients with POFS.But for the comparision.we explored the pathogenesis of POFS and the therapeutic affect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodsTwenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group(C group),the model group(M group),and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group(Jiangzuo Shengqing Particles group,TCM).The rats in group TCM ate Jiangzuo Shengqing Particles 1 day after surgery,While The rats in group TCM and C ate Nacl 1 day after surgery. The fatigue was assessed with morris water-maze test, grasping test, weight, rectal temperature,PA,TF,FN,IL-6,SOD and MDA.The clinical research data had enroled 60 patients with postoperative fatigue in Guangdong Province Hospital Of Chinese Medicine during 2016.04-2016.12.The patients were randomized to the Chinese medicine group and the placebo group. The patient in chinese medicine group were treated with Jiangzuo Shengqing Particles. While The patient in placebo group were treated with placebo.During the reseach, data were collected by application of VAS and ICFS scales preoperative and postoperative 3,7,30,60 days and the laboratory indicators of PA,CRP and SOD were observed preoperative and postoperative 3,7 days.Intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative time of the first exhaust wre timely recorded before patient was discharged. At last the difference of two group were analyzed by SPSS17.0.ResultIn the animal experiment,When compared the model group, the Chinese medicine group with the control group, the recovery time of the body weight was lower, the maximum occlusion was less, the number of crossing the platform was smoller, the target quadrant swimming time was shorter, the serum nutritional index(PA,TF,FN)was lower, the serum interleukin 6 was higher, the serum SOD was lower and the serum MDA was higher(P<0.05).While compared the model group with the Chinese medicine group, the recovery time of weight was longer, the maximum occlusion was more, the number of crossing the platform was larger, the target quadrant swimming time was longer, the serum nutritional index(PA,TF,FN)was higher, the serum interleukin 6 was lower, the serum SOD was higher and the serum MDA was lower(P<0.05).In the clinical research, there was no significant difference in the baseline(age, education, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, fatigue score, etc.)between the two groups before intervening. But for the different treatment,we observed the obvious difference between the two groups.Compared Chinese group with placebo group,The score of VAS scale and ICFS scale were lower, the serum PA was higher, the serum CRP was lower and the serum SOD was higher(P<0.05).Conclus ion1.The effect of Jiangzuo Shengqing on rat model of POFS is significant; These findings indicate that Jiangzuo Shengqing has an anti-fatigue effect on postoperative fatigue syndrome in rat,and the mechanism possibly involves improving nutrition, interrupting vicious circle of metabolic, enhancing immunity, blocking lipid peroxidation and protecting cells and enzymes from oxidative stress damage.2.Jiangzuo Shengqing particles may reduce the level of postoperative fatigue.Improving the nutritional level and reducing damage of the oxygen free radical maybe the mechanism of medicine.3.Jiangzuo Shengqing particles have a unique advantage in the treatment of POFS.
