| Purpose : To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria strengthening kidney mixture combined with abelmosk capsules treatment.Material and method:The 70 patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the treatment group were given low-salt,low-fat,high-quality,low-protein diet,control of blood pressure,diuresis,and other basic treatments,in which 35 patients in the treatment group were given In our hospital,Qiangshen Mixture and Huangkui Capsule were used for treatment.In the control group,35 cases were treated with Huangkui Capsule.Three months were a course of treatment.Observe the changes of related indicators after two courses of treatment in the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.71%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.42%,the efficacy of two groups of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.57%,the results were all significantly different(P <0.05).The urine protein qualitative,24 h urine protein quantitative and TCM symptom integral were all compared in groups and between groups,the results were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with glomerulonephritis clinical curative effect of strengthening kidney mixture combined with abelmosk capsules treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms and protect renal function,role,and is worthy of promotion. |
